KARLA KNIPTION 2016 plasma fuckery with a crookes radiometer and vacuum tubes

Crookes radiometer

DescriptionThe Crookes radiometer consists of an airtight glass bulb containing a partial vacuum, with a set of vanes which are mounted on a spindle inside. The vanes rotate when exposed to light, with faster rotation for more intense light, providing a quantitative measurement of electromagnetic radiation intensity. Wikipedia

A Crookes' radiometer has four vanes suspended inside a glass bulb. Inside the bulb, there is a good vacuum. When you shine a light on the vanes in the radiometer, they spin -- in bright sunlight, they can spin at several thousand rotations per minute! ... The black side of the vane moves away from the light.

The Discovery of the Electron (William Crookes)Crookes not only confirmed the previous work by Plucker, Hittorf, and others, he was able to show that cathode rays are negatively charged by studying the direction in which cathode rays are deflected by a magnetic field.

Linear Pinch Test #1

Patterned off the Columbus-1 linear pinch fusion device, this test was conducted with an air plasma at low power(14kv / 1400 Joules). The test insulator was Pyrex. A fused quartz tube is scheduled to replace it during the next phase of testing.

The Los Alamos device known as Columbus IIwas designed as a high-powered machine in which the current reached its maximum in as short a time as possible. The machine is described, and the results obtained are given. Using the low- voltage bank, short neutron bursts were produced at the time of the first and second pinch and with the high-voltage bank, at the time of the first pinch. The Columbus S-4, a linear discharge device, was constructed to test the effect of increased tube diameter and interelectrode spacing on the properties of a B/sub z/ -stabilized pinched discharge. a conversation about spiritual and emotional growth 😎🌍☮️

♥️💯👌

Darren Law if we endure hardships and struggle in relationships for purely unselfish reasons and be selfless in the pursuit of enhancing it and making that connection and relationship stronger, no matter even if it fails and falls apart, by experiencing those events and going through those emotional states, it teaches us and shows us things even if we don't like it to prepare us for the future path's and any relationship's that comes with it, which is essential for our emotional and spiritual growth x 😉😘😁😁😁😁😁😎😎😎🌍☮️

Hayley Armstrong Darren Law bang on the real lesson is accepting it learning it and applying what you’ve learned people are suffering all over because they don’t let go of baggage past pain trauma because it’s become survival mode and a safety net old patterns of toxic survival behaviour and the classic blame game are difficult to break you gotta basically do some reverse engineering on the brain 🤯🤣💯👌

Darren Law Hayley Armstrong true dat for sure, i know its not easy to break old habitual cycles and learned coping mechanisms that you have relied on in the past to keep you safe or to help deal with a trauma at some point, but it's not impossible to do and i know 100% it can be done, although it helps to have some kinda support in place or other things to do with your time and energy, so your not just leaving yourself in a position where you could potentially get triggered by the slightest thing like boredom and end up making a bad decision that you may later regret obvs, personally i meditate a lot and recite vedic chants and mantras, but you can do anything, even if its just going for a walk to break the routine of the daily grind up, or a friendly chat to bounce thoughts off of someone else, it helps to help validate or enlighten you to other possibilities and clarify your own thoughts or feelings, but even if you got no one like me, its still possible.😘😉😁😁😁😁😎🔥☯️🔥🌍☮️x

Hayley Armstrong Darren Law I did all them distraction tactics I found it was keeping me in that very loop I was trying to break after nearly 8.5 months I sat with all my thoughts emotions allowed them all to destroy me while Trying to understand & learning where the roots were of these patterns and trauma that caused a lot of it to move past the cycle I had to really feel the cycle it nearly killed me a couple times I was close to throwing in the towel and ending the suffering but pushed myself on somehow feeling everything I’d ever bottled up once it was out it was easier to observe process & seek the guidance I needed that’s why today I’m able to be who I am now and I’m only gonna get better at this shit now 😁

Darren Law Hayley Armstrong i understand your pain all too well, even now there are moments when i feel like i could just break down and cry and give in and just let the world destroy me and itself in one swoop, but your a survivor, just like me, and throwing in the towel, well it was never an option for people like us, we're too stubborn to quit and life is a gift that is too precious to waste, #ownyourlife #itsourstory 😉😘😁😁😁😁😎🌍☮️

Hayley Armstrong Darren Law I let myself break down and cry even if it seems to come out of nowhere it’s a part of the healing process these emotions are coming up for a reason usually old hurt pain and unresolved feelings it doesn’t happen very often anymore tbh and sometimes I like it Cos In those moments I remind myself I’m shedding because I’m growing and that it’s a tough process but it’s a faster one if you allow yourself to feel emotions without feeling ashamed or guilty for having feelings then letting that emotion go went from survivor to warrior a long time ago babes it’s a process 😉

Darren Law Hayley Armstrong i know babe, truly i do, but sometimes i cant help it, i catch myself on the edge of unravelling completely just by just remembering random things gone by, the good old times, lost friends and loves and the pain of missing people who were like my only real fam, people who should have never gone how they did, and i cant help but feel guilty because they're gone and im still here and i couldn't save them, I've lost so many good people and some i feel i could have done more to prevent their loss, but i know no matter what i could have done their fates were their own doing, and they're choices were theirs alone, yet some days its all i can do to stop myself from buckling totally, but i do, because i know in the end i have to keep on going and live with myself and keep moving forwards and even though i know its finite pain and it will pass, it still hurts, i wouldn't be human if it didn't, 😘😘😁😁😁😎🌍☮️x PS sorry for the delayed response i had an emo moment lol xx

Hayley Armstrong Darren Law you’re afraid of being vulnerable in your own feelings that’s a hard one to get over tbh because vulnerability leads to fear that’s what you gotta get past stop preventing yourself from feeling and expressing those emotions that come with them you have got to allow yourself to surrender to your emotions you’ve got to learn them so you can get full grip on them and have more self control over them in future situations you’ll have more control over your triggers they wont both you after a bit forgive yourself it’s all happened to push you to grow sometimes some of us are stubborn and we need hard lessons 😁

Darren Law Hayley Armstrong thank you for being here for me to talk to, it means a lot to me, and i understood the lesson to start with, i just think the universe just wants to give me a detention 😁😁😁😎🌍☮️

Hayley Armstrong Darren Law no problem you’ll be alright just follow the process that your soul needs to heal it’ll get easier 😉💯👌

Darren Law Hayley Armstrong i hope so babe, it's not like it could get any tougher, he says nervously as he looks around while expecting an asteroid to suddenly appear or get struck by lightening 😂😂😂😂😎😎🌍☮️ x

The concept of the chakra appears to originate from the Vedas. According to these beliefs, it is an energy centre in the etheric body. There are many different chakra systems, but the most popular is composed of 7 primary chakras. It is traditionally believed that the chakras represent systems that interact with the body's biological processes. Many people believe that it is the concept of the transfer of energy throughout the organs, endocrine system and nervous system. This is said to result in healthy physiology, and cellular functions.

Chakras are significant in both Vedic, and Tantric traditions, and is part of their core principles. Although they have this commonality, they explore these ideas differently. The Vedic tradition emphasises collective power, while the Tantric tradition emphasises individual power. More information on the Vedic and Tantric traditions can be found in the link at the bottom of the description.

Root Chakra:

The root chakra or Muladhara is the first chakra, and is located at the base of the spine. Muladhara is formed from two Sanskrit words: Mula meaning "root" and Adhara, meaning "support" or "foundation".

The root chakra's primary aspects are survival and coexistence with nature. It requires basic necessities such as food, water, shelter and safety.

It's emotional challenge is to release fear.

Sacral Chakra:

The sacral chakra or Svadhisthana is the second chakra, and is located above the pubic bone and below the navel, and encompasses the genital region. Svadhisthana is formed from two Sanskrit words: "swa" means “one’s own” and "adhisthana" means “dwelling place or residence,” it literally translates into: “One’s own residence."

The sacral chakras primary psychological aspects are emotional, relationships, reproduction, desire, connection, communication, creativity.

It's emotional challenges are primarily: care, feeling, and self-acceptance.

Solar Plexus Chakra:

The solar plexus chakra or Manipura is the third chakra, and is located between the navel and solar plexus. Manipura is a Sanskrit word, "mani" means "brilliant or jewel" and "pura" means “city or house”.

The solar plexus chakra's primary psychological aspects are identity, ego/personality, willpower, motivation, self-discipline, self-esteem, action, courage.

Heart Chakra:

The heart chakra or Anahata is the fourth chakra, and is translated into: unhurt, un-struck, or unbeaten. It is the healing centre and is found directly in the centre of the chest, not precisely where the heart (organ) is.

The prominent psychological lessons from this chakra are forgiveness, unconditional love and compassion.

Throat Chakra:

The throat chakra or Vishuddha is the fifth chakra, and is translated into: "pure" or "purification". It is located at the centre of the neck at the throat, it is the passage of the energy between the lower parts of the body and the head.

The prominent lessons from this chakra are communication, creative expression, authenticity. The primary psychological challenges are to listen deeply, speak honestly, and precision in expression.

Third Eye Chakra:

The third eye chakra, brow chakra or Ajna is the sixth chakra, and is translated into: "perceiving”, or “command”. It is located between the brow, or alternatively in the centre of the brain.

The third eye chakra's primary aspects are: seeing, understanding, consciousness, creativity, imagination, realisation, expression, wisdom and insight.

The prominent psychological lessons from this chakra is to be an attentive observer (all senses). The main challenge is to see beyond all illusions, and extract only the truth.

Crown Chakra:

The crown chakra, or Sahasrara is the seventh chakra, and is translated into: thousand petals. It is located on the Vertex of the head.

The prominent psychological lesson and primary challenge is to release your attachments to desire.

The seventh primary energy centre is a receiver and transmitter for energy and consciousness.

evening peeps

i know that some times my mood is a little dark and im a little harsh on myself and also occasionally think of this great experiment called "my life" as a failure, but I'm not as much of a genius level failure as some including myself may think, i have accurately predicted many things, way ahead of the curve constantly and way before all those so called overpaid and under productive "think tank's" that never offer any viable solutions to our global problems, and the ones they do offer up always have negative impacts on our environments with far reaching and catastrophic results for everyone involved and therefore us, which they have no legal right to do without our consent to do it, no one profits directly from it but them, i have expanded knowledge and understanding of advanced theories and concept's, even made quite a few discoveries of my own such as the lost underwater cities and they're origins re writing history, and at least i pay all my own bills, i have zero debt, i have food in my cupboards and my fridge is full, my heating on full blast drying the last of my laundry and I've had my dinner. Yorkshire pudding filled with potatoes, carrots, minced British beef and gravy, cooked with 100% love by me and i have a stable WiFi connection at the minute, for which i am extremely thankful for, {side note: if anyone has a mobile WiFi account i can use it to sign into and get online with, i will gladly pay you in cash for it or give you free advertising and promotions on my site. and im trying to improve myself as a human being all the time, which is better than some can say, even having gone through all the terrible things i have done throughout all of my life and some even more recently, some of which you know about and others more personal things i left out, i cant expect you to understand my life or the choices I've made or the thing's that have happened in it or to me, but i hope you would at least try to understand the reasoning behind it all and know that my actions and intentions are always being honourable, i guess my problem is i just care too much and that and im always looking for the best in everyone, even when its not there. the thing is i know i could be doing so very much more, i could be making a real difference globally for us all more than just sharing the information i gather, I'm a total genius even if i say so myself. but it's hard to make the changes when you have zero support, physical, emotional or other. i feel useless at times and others numb, even from me, I'm not a bad guy, not at all, I've just had bad luck, but i am trying and i absolutely will not give up or in, and you can count on that as standard's.

Wikipedia: Photography and the Law

I'm a Photographer not a Terrorist

Police National Legal Database advice page

UK Law
On the whole, UK law doesn't prevent photography in public places. The UK has relatively liberal laws regarding photography compared with many countries. Although there are some exceptions, the key principle is that you can photograph people and buildings without needing permission, providing you are in a public place.
As long as you're not causing any harassment, you're allowed to photograph other people if they are in a public place.
Public vs. Private
Many of the incidents in which photographers come into difficulty is that many places which you instinctively think are public are in fact privately controlled. This includes some shopping centres, car parks, some parks and play areas (depending on the attitude of the landowner) and various private structures, for example, Millennium Wheel on the South Bank in London. There is a trend for public places to become private, particularly in town centres which are developed with new shopping centres.
In a public place
Taking photos in a public place is not illegal. The only time an offence is committed is if the photographs being taken are considered to be indecent. There is no law stating that you can't take photographs in public. This includes taking photos that include other people's children or taking photos of children directly. An offence will, however, have been committed if the photographs taken are indecent.
"Public Place" is not defined in legislation. A public place is usually a place to which the public are allowed to have access freely and without payment or permission. This includes any public highway or footpath. The inside of a car is also considered as a public place, unless it is parked on private property.
You may take photographs of people or objects (including buildings) whilst in a public place. With a few exceptions the owners of the property cannot prevent you from doing so and people cannot generally object to having their photographs taken.
In the UK you do not have to get the permission from people you photograph whilst they are in a public place. Using and selling images of people in a public place is usually acceptable if undertaken with a view to being used for any journalistic or artistic material.
However if you intend to sell the image commercially or use it for a commercial purpose (for example to promote a product) it is normally recommended to get people to sign a model release form - see below for more about why this is important.
On Private Property
If the person you're photographing is on private land, they could claim a right to privacy, and if you're on private land, then the owner of the land has the right to restrict photography on their property.
How you choose to use the photos later may well be restricted by whether you have a model release or property release, but this is a different matter.
If you are asked to stop taking photographs on private property then it is advisable to do so. The person asking might not have the legal right to do so but it is likely that the actual landowner will side with them rather than you. Additionally you could be accused of trespass.
Property owners or their employees and security staff have no right whatsoever to confiscate, inspect or damage a photographer's camera or insist that images are deleted.
Railways and tube stations generally allow people to take non-commercial photographs as long as you don't cause an obstruction (more likely to happen if you are using a tripod). However asking station staff first is probably a good idea.
Harassment and Invasion of Privacy
It is illegal to harass another person and taking photographs could amount to harassment. This isn't to say that someone could claim they were being harassed just because they were being photographed when they didn't want to be. Harassment is essentially behaviour that causes another person alarm or distress and it refers to a course of conduct, not a single incident. (A "course of conduct" means at least two occasions.) If a photographer stalks a subject in order to get a photograph of them, or repeatedly thrusts a camera in someone’s face, this might be harassment.
The law is not the same throughout the UK. In England, Wales and Northern Ireland, harassment is a criminal offence, for which the penalty is up to 6 months in prison, or a fine, or both. A victim of harassment can also bring a legal action for an injunction against the person who is harassing him, and a claim for damages. Breaching the injunction is also a criminal offence. In Scotland, harassment itself is not a criminal offence, but the victim can ask the court for a "non-harassment order" against the person who is harassing them. Breach of the order is a criminal offence.
Invasion of Privacy
Invasion of privacy is a difficult thing to determine in UK law. The UK has never recognised a general right of privacy, but the European Convention on Human Rights gives everyone the right to respect for his private and family life, his home and his correspondence.
It is not always easy for a photographer to know whether taking or publishing a photograph might amount to an invasion of privacy.
Taking photographs of a person in a public place would not normally be regarded as an invasion of privacy. The key seems to be whether the place is one where a person would have a reasonable expectation of privacy. So using a telephoto lens to take a photo of someone in a private place, such as their home, without their consent, is probably an invasion of privacy even though the photo is taken from a public place.
The lack of any coherent law of privacy in the UK means that photographers are not only free to take photographs of people in public places, but they can use those photos as they wish, including for commercial gain. In some countries, individuals have rights over the commercial use of their images, hence the importance of obtaining a model release for the use of an image that contains a recognisable person.
UK law does not, at present, recognise this right. But failure to obtain a model release will seriously impair the commercial use of an image because most photo libraries, stock agencies and the like have an international customer base and will not accept an image of a recognisable person without a release.
Data Protection Act
There is also a possibility that photographs of people may be subject to the Data Protection Act, which controls the "processing" of"personal data", that is, data relating to an individual from which the individual can be identified. The definitions of these terms are complex, but taking a photograph of a recognisable person would appear to fit within them. The Act contains an exemption (section 32) which applies where you are "processing" personal data for journalistic or artistic purposes; you are doing so with a view to publication; and it would be incompatible with your journalistic or artistic purposes to be required to comply with the Act (for example, it would be incompatible if you had to put down your camera in order to ask consent of everyone captured in a street scene). Much photography will probably be protected by this exception.

Advice and information

Photography advice

We encourage officers and the public to be vigilant against terrorism but recognise the importance not only of protecting the public from terrorism but also promoting the freedom of the public and the media to take and publish photographs.

Guidance around the issue has been made clear to officers and PCSOs through briefings and internal communications. The following advice is available to all officers and provides a summary of the Met’s guidance around photography in public places.

Freedom to photograph and film

Members of the public and the media do not need a permit to film or photograph in public places and police have no power to stop them filming or photographing incidents or police personnel.

Terrorism Act 2000

Photography and Section 44 of the Terrorism Act 2000
The power to stop and search someone under Section 44 of the Terrorism Act 2000 no longer exists.

Police officers continue to have the power to stop and search anyone who they reasonably suspect to be a terrorist under Section 43 of the Terrorism Act.

Photography and Section 43 of the Terrorism Act 2000

Officers have the power to stop and search a person who they reasonably suspect to be a terrorist. The purpose of the stop and search is to discover whether that person has in their possession anything which may constitute evidence that they are a terrorist.

Officers have the power to view digital images contained in mobile telephones or cameras carried by a person searched under S43 of the Terrorism Act 2000 to discover whether the images constitute evidence that the person is involved in terrorism. Officers also have the power to seize and retain any article found during the search which the officer reasonably suspects may constitute evidence that the person is a terrorist. This includes any mobile telephone or camera containing such evidence.

Officers do not have the power to delete digital images or destroy film at any point during a search. Deletion or destruction may only take place following seizure if there is a lawful power (such as a court order) that permits such deletion or destruction.

Section 58A of the Terrorism Act 2000

Section 58A of the Terrorism Act 2000 covers the offence of eliciting, publishing or communicating information about members of the armed forces, intelligence services or police where the information is, by its very nature, designed to provide practical assistance to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism.

Any officer making an arrest for an offence under Section 58A must be able to demonstrate a reasonable suspicion that the information was, by its very nature, designed to provide practical assistance to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism.

It would ordinarily be unlawful to use section 58A to arrest people photographing police officers in the course of normal policing activities, including protests because there would not normally be grounds for suspecting that the photographs were being taken to provide assistance to a terrorist. An arrest would only be lawful if an arresting officer had a reasonable suspicion that the photographs were being taken in order to provide practical assistance to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism.

There is nothing preventing officers asking questions of an individual who appears to be taking photographs of someone who is or has been a member of Her Majesty’s Forces (HMF), Intelligence Services or a constable so long as this is being done for a lawful purpose and is not being done in a way that prevents, dissuades or inhibits the individual from doing something which is not unlawful.

Guidelines for Met staff on dealing with media reporters, press photographers and television crews

Contact with photographers, reporters and television crews is a regular occurrence for many officers and staff. The media influences our reputation so it's crucial to maintain good working relations with its members, even in difficult circumstances.

Following these guidelines means both media and police can fulfill their duties without hindering each other.

Creating vantage points

When areas are cordoned off following an incident, creating a vantage point, if possible, where members of the media at the scene can see police activity, can help them do their job without interfering with a police operation. However, media may still report from areas accessible to the general public.

Identifying the media

Genuine members of the media carry identification, for instance the UK Press Card, which they will present on request.

The press and the public

If someone distressed or bereaved asks the police to stop the media recording them, the request can be passed on to the media, but not enforced.

Access to incident scenes

The Senior Investigating Officer is in charge of granting members of the media access to incident scenes. In the early stages of investigation, evidence gathering and forensic retrieval take priority over media access, but, where appropriate, access should be allowed as soon as is practicable.

Taking The Police to Court...

Police Property Act 1897

If you have been acquitted of an offence (or indeed convicted in some circumstances) and during the investigation the Police seized items for you then you may be entitled to the return of these items. This is a brief guide to how you go about getting your property back from the Police. The article deals with both seizures of property under the Police and Criminal Evidence Act and cash/money seized under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.

When the Police investigate criminal offences they are given wide ranging powers to seize property they believe is relevant to the investigation. This is principally done under S.19 Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (PACE 84);

General power of seizure etc.

(1)The powers conferred by subsections (2), (3) and (4) below are exercisable by a constable who is lawfully on any premises.

(2)The constable may seize anything which is on the premises if he has reasonable grounds for believing—

(a)that it has been obtained in consequence of the commission of an offence; and

(b)that it is necessary to seize it in order to prevent it being concealed, lost, damaged, altered or destroyed.

(3)The constable may seize anything which is on the premises if he has reasonable grounds for believing—

(a)that it is evidence in relation to an offence which he is investigating or any other offence; and

(b)that it is necessary to seize it in order to prevent the evidence being concealed, lost, altered or destroyed.

In simple terms, if the Officer believes that something is relevant to the investigation then he will no doubt seize it. If you are charged with an offence a decision will then be made as to whether that item becomes a ‘Used’ exhibit or an ‘unused’ exhibit. If it is ‘used’ then it means the Prosecution will rely on it at trial in your case. If ‘unused’ then the Prosecution are not relying on it as evidence in the case.

Money/ Cash seizures

This is slightly more complicated. If during an investigation or search of your premises the Police find cash then in general, they can seize it under S.294 Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (POCA). They then must, within 48 hours, commence proceedings in the Magistrates’ Court to allow them to keep the money pending the investigation for longer, up to three months. The Police can then make further applications up to a maximum of 2 years i.e. they can keep your cash/money for a maximum of two years without doing anything with it, provided the Police can still show they need it as part of the investigation or it is potentially recoverable. Recoverable simply means that it may form part of the proceeds of Crime and as such may be confiscated. If the Police cannot show under S.295 POCA then under S.297 the Magistrates’ Court can order them to return it to you.

As I mentioned above, this is complicated area of law. If the Police have seized cash from you as part of an investigation then first of all speak to the Solicitors and Barristers representing you. They will be able to guide you as to the chances of success of recovering the money and of bringing an action under S.297 POCA. If you do not have representation then you may want to speak to a Solicitor or Barrister who can assist you with this.

What can I do?

If you have had property seized by the police (other than money or cash) then there naturally comes a point when that property is no longer required under PACE 1984. This is where you need to be on the ball with regards to getting stuff back. Don’t think you will be able to recover all your property seized, things for example like drugs, knives, guns etc and anything associated are unlikely to be returned to you, they will be forfeited and destroyed. Let us take for example though Police seize some clothing or a bicycle from you and it does not relate to the offence and does not form part of the Prosecution case. You may be entitled to its return.

With Regards to POCA cases and forfeiture hearings, the rules and regulations are incredibly complicated, unless you do know what you are doing you are probably better off speaking to a Solicitor or Barrister regarding what you can do yourself.

Next Steps in relation to Police Property Act proceedings. (i.e. non cash seizures)

1. Identify what it is you want returned and whether it featured in the trial as used or unused material.

2. If it was unused material you can write to the Officer in the Case, the Officer in charge of the Prosecution, at his Police Station and ask for the return of the item.

3. If the Police are disputing your ownership of the property in question the you may need to prove it is yours. Easy if you have receipts but what if you don’t? you may wish to find photographs of you wearing the particular piece of clothing or riding the particular bicycle? Think outside the box, if you have been stopped and searched wearing that clothing there may be a record of the clothing you were wearing on the Stop and Search form.

4. If the Police still will not return your belongings then you may need to contact a Solicitor or a Barrister directly. They will give you initial advice as to whether or not you can, in law, recover your property and what steps thereafter to take to recover it. You may need to bring an action under the Police Property Act 1897 to ask the Magistrates’ Court to compel the Police to return your belongings.

Funding

There is no legal aid funding available for Police Property Act cases so if you want help or representation you will have to fund it yourself. That said, it may not cost very much. The best advice is to contact a Solicitor or a Barrister under the Direct access scheme. This is a scheme whereby you can instruct a Barrister without having to instruct a Solicitor first. A lot of Barristers are now registered under the scheme therefore one should be easy to find.

In relation to POCA cases there may be funding available if you pass the relevant merit and means tests proscribed by the Legal Services Commission. If you think you will need Public Funding to deal with you POCA case then you may want to contact a Solicitor who can help you arrange this.

The thrust of this article is to put you in the picture with regards to what the Police can do and what they cannot do with your property. It is your property and the Police can only interfere with your rights over it when lawfully allowed to do so. If you think something is not right with what the Police have done with your property then you need to do something about it
