Slovenia is home to one of the world's most interesting places. It's seen by some as the most haunted castle in Europe, and by others as the ancestral home of a real life folk hero. Either way there are few people who wouldn't call Predjama Castle an incredible place. According to legend it was once the family seat of a knight called Erazem Lueger.
He rebelled against the Austrian emperor and then hid in his castle for over a year. During the siege he had supplies brought in through a mysterious secret tunnel that has never been found but many still believe to exist
