if you can help it minimise your time in direct "sunlight" as the fake sun is cooking you with high UV and UVB also there's an increase in cosmic particles in the atmosphere so if you see those glowing Noctilucent clouds get in doors to a shielded area or somewhere with thick walls as your being bombarded with charged particles like the leaves those black dots are contact points and its cooking the cells causing them to heat up and the water in the cells is turning to steam rupturing then until there is no moisture left and the pyrolising (burning), its basically making the atmosphere into a microwave oven  :(  :(  :(
