Southside shopping centre security FAIL Pt2 The joker security guy sends police to my hoose for a non-crime and THEY actually come. It did not lead to anything, this is what happened!  public photography does not constitute reasonable suspicion of a crime, they cannot come to investigate a non crime or suspicion of a non crime, they have to come already investigating a crime, suspicion doesn't cut it, i think the behaviour of most people is highly fucking suspicious at times and yet  all it proves is that the person who made the assumption has a suspicious outlook at that exact moment nothing more. the security has no jurisdiction out side of the center and even then its not like police powers, they can ask you anything they want, but you don't have to tell them shit, and you can sue them for harassment and if thy call the police wrongful arrest thats like £3000 i was thinking about just trolling the police while carrying copies of the UK photography laws, and the police misuse of power in the police reform act, and see how many bite like idiot's, lolz :) #peace
