The institution is called The Hollydale and the advertisement is dedicated to the action of the institution, which is called Cannibal Cravings.  The restaurant and staff are privately owned by Karina Belenoff, daughter of Somerset Belenoff, Countess of Banbury and Arran.  and allegedly Karina sits on the Board of Governors at the World Governing Council in Luxembourg, and she travels frequently to Los Angeles  so having trawled at length it appears to be a covert network who are implementing hidden 5g phased array base stations for use against the public on land and above and bellow, made obvious by having made mention  of frequencies and vibe-sat tech (https://artes.esa.int/projects/vibes~){VIBeS aims to ride the 5G-related transformation to review the role of satellite in supporting the expansion of 5G services to vertical industries}, so even if we take out all the land based stations there will still be orbital ones, site links back to ESA Dietmar Schmitt
