Coronavirus UK: How can a city go bankrupt as Liverpool Council reveal £44m shortfall?

The city council’s statement comes after the UK government cut the city’s Covid-19 funding by 32 per cent. As a result, the Mayor of Liverpool instructed the city council’s chief finance officer to establish an emergency budget meeting next month to address the financial impact of coronavirus and the budget cuts. This might result in the need for the council to file a Section 114 notice, which would stop all spending from the council apart from on statutory services such as social and medical services. Liverpool’s mayor Joe Anderson told the Liverpool Echo that, put simply, the city is facing bankruptcy because: ‘We simply will no longer have enough income to meet what we are spending.’ Liverpool City Council has established food hubs, paid for PPE for essential workers, provided thousands of meal vouchers, housed the city’s rough sleepers and established 50 school hubs since the outbreak of coronavirus in the UK, all at a cost to their annual budget. The pledge of reimbursement from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) has so far meant that after a second round of funding from the government, Liverpool City Council has received £34 million in funds. With government funding only covering £34m of the £78m the city has spent so far, Liverpool is looking at a £44m shortfall – and the possibility of bankruptcy. A spokesperson from Liverpool City Council explained to Metro.co.uk today that: ‘Covid-19 has so far cost us £78 million in terms of additional support services for vulnerable people and lost income. So even with the £34 million they [the government] have provided us with, we are still £44 million down.’ Mayor Anderson has said that sadly he fears the council’s poor financial position could lead to more deaths.
and I highly suspect that not only do they "suspect" it but are in fact counting on it and making it happen faster so they can make a profit from the deaths of the people, to try and fight off the bankruptcy which has been created in part by them and their greed and illegal actions and ignorance and by the illegal criminal government at the expense of your health and the lives of your friends and those you love as they directly profit from the deaths in the area as they have many CO-OP funeral homes which are council owned and run for profit, and how do i know all this you ask?, well because i know so and if you will read on i'll tell you the how and why's, having lived in Liverpool for some time i had the chance to do urban recon often and i have made first hand observations and tested my hypothesis and it has proven accurate and correct ,
So as you know i was staying in Liverpool for a while and while i was there i noticed a very high amount of illegal LED DEW streetlights around homes, schools, parks shopping centres, drive through's and anywhere that the public has access to and is a high traffic area are completely festooned with the illegal dialectic lenses on and other S.M.A.R.T weapons systems disguised as your average everyday piece of street furniture and there are a high amount of 5g transmitters and mimo's and phased arrays systems, goubau microwave frequency launchers and other microwave arrays and transmission systems which i documented and shared online with you, and all of which have been strategically deployed as part of the resilient city's and smart cities EU plan to kill you, So as i said each week i was spent time travelling and i often travelled between there and Yorkshire and i noticed that while in Liverpool i began to feel quite ill as soon as i entered the area and i was constantly feeling sick and i was in massive amounts of pain and could hardly walk and suffered because i had insomnia, dizzy spells an autoimmune triggered rash, brain fog and bulging spinal disks and generally feeling like shit, and i had spoken to other people who lived on the same street and area and many of them had come down with unexplained health problems from nose bleeds, skin irritations, rashes, headaches, insomnia, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle spasms and cramps, lack of concentration and balance, poor motor coordination of the muscles and reduced hand eye coordination, loss of appetite, and even deaths in the immediate area, and i noticed the danger to my own safety as i was aware of the dangers from pulsed modulated frequencies emf and microwave radiation on the human body as i know that it is inherently bad for your health and so i began testing my theory and recorded the fact that in the bedroom i was getting a reading of 1200ma which is 1000 over maximum safe exposure limits and every time i left Liverpool and went over the pennines range as i left the area, my symptoms would alleviate and disappear and i would start feeling like myself again, and it was made apparently obvious that upon each time i returned within 24 hours if not very sooner after my arrival back i would begin to feel ill again, i tested this theory out to confirm my findings repeatedly, so much so that my health was deteriorating quite rapidly and i spent all my time having to lay motionless and flat and not move while remaining terribly in pain, so i know that it is a localised area effect as now i feel like myself again having removed myself from the area effect, so it is my assertation that they will indeed try and turn up the intensity of the area effect for profit that will make people present with "flu like" symptoms as its radiation poisoning which is an immune system suppressant, which when they call the NHS or doctors for help and tell them what they are feeling will have the life threatening effect of causing them to be hauled off by the criminal enforcers acting illegally to perform a criminal act as their regulations do not trump our human rights or any other type of right we have and enjoy, because the regulations and acts are voided by the criminality of the government are not the common law of the land and any "Health" official or police officer committing to carry out these unlawful acts of corporate policy on any natural person and not the work of fiction created by the fide trust corporate government is an act of kidnapping and unlawful detention, false imprisonment, causing undue alarm and distress, assault and possibly murderer, all on the orders of the illegitimate criminal government corporate entity that have mandated them to do so in the case of a "potential" "suspected" case of Covid-BS-19 all without any evidence that it even exists or has killed anyone at all and in direct contravention to their oaths and the human rights act and the constitution, magna carta and even the 2015 courts act section 26 P+4 respectively and considering that those most at risk are the very young and the elderly that had the fucking "flu shot's" or childhood "immunisations" which really poison and infected them and weakened their immunity and resilience to such weapons systems from the nano particulate metals and mems and heavy metal toxins contained in them, haven't always got any family left and once they get them to the hospital they pick out the ones they can "get away with it on" IE the easy targets with no visitors and they spike them with morphine derivatives to make them "Sleepy" and once they pass out their primary care choices are then turned over to one single doctor who can authorise any course of action that they see fit even if it violates their Hippocratic oaths and the law of the land, and even if its against the patients previously stated wishes and can chose to ignore them and sign the DNR and then push them quietly over the edge into cardiac or respiratory arrest, thereby making the hospital and its executives local government IE the councils and main gov from the nhs an nice profit from the slaughter of your loved ones and then again from the burials or cremations of your loved ones without so much as a single shred of evidence that any virus exists at all, and much to prove the validity of the claim that it never existed and that the government has been taken over in a covert coup and the people they are being killed intentionally with a very elaboration yet not impossible to see through "kill for profit" scam, and the "doctor's" if you can call them that i prefer the truth, so we'll call them what they are murdering Nazi fucking bastards who deserve to rot in the lowest of the 7 levels for all eternity and even the intermission and when we all come back around again there they can wait, because thats what Nazi murdering scumbags who who kill old men and women and children and people in their beds like fucking cowards deserve and no doubt if you check the names on the death certificates of the doctors which you should get to aid in the prosecution of these crimes arent even from this country and that is why they think its OK to not be operating under UK common law policy and carrying out their orders to kill by forced euthanasia and will claim ignorance of the law, and as you know form the lessons of the past that ignorance is no excuse or legal and lawful reason for murdering people and committing mass genocide

(Picture: PAUL ELLIS/AFP via Getty Images) In an official press statement he said that the government need to reassess how they are allocating funding during the pandemic – taking into account each council’s needs rather than just population size: ‘This new round of funding to councils should be based on need – supporting those towns and cities where Covid-19 is creating the most strain in protecting life and where there is the greatest economic pain. ‘To provide funding for this pandemic based on size of population is such a woefully simplistic approach and leaves cities like ours on a huge cliff edge – whilst smaller, leafier places receive relatively huge sums that bear no relation to the problems we face. ‘When you add Austerity and Brexit to Covid-19, we have had the worst possible hat-trick a council can face. We have been stripped to the bone and now face the insidious choice no council should ever have to make in deciding who least deserves our help during the worst public health crisis in a century.’
