SECRET SPACE: The Cosmonaut CoverUp - FEATURE FILM

UFOTV On Demand

on April 12 1961 the Soviet media reported the successful launch orbit and
re-entry of the first man in space cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin celebration
erupted worldwide the cosmonaut single orbit and the Soviet Union's landmark achievement
Gagarin went on to become one of the greatest heroes in history with a
breakup of the former Soviet Union and the rise of democracy in the Russian Federation a shocking truth has been
unearthed access to recently declassified documents in the Kremlin archives by Western journalists coupled
with newly forthcoming eyewitnesses now confirmed that Yuri Gagarin the symbol
and heroic icon of the Soviet empire was not the first man in space this honor
belongs to Vladimir elution
it is now clear that the world-famous Soviet test pilot Vladimir Ilyushin was
the real first man in space numerous accounts of his flight leaked out at the time and the kremlin archive documents
along with the eyewitness accounts only now confirm the accuracy of these original stories after several decades
of propaganda lies and official denials the truth about one of humanity's greatest achievements can now be told
after more than five years of research the whereabouts of the actual first man
in space was learned although now in his 70s retired Air Force general Vladimir
Ilyushin still works as one of the designers at the Sukhoi design bureau a Moscow based fighter jet manufacturer
general Aleutian was a celebrated test pilot of over 145 aircraft including the
Sukhoi 27 the premier Russian interceptor fighter jet in piecing
together this real-life puzzle of a space mission gone wrong and the subsequent cover-up the producer spent
two full days in Russia with Ellucian where he displayed the Family Museum and offered a glimpse into his amazing life
story although Ellucian promised to
reveal his story on camera upon the producers arrival in Russia he chose to steadfastly maintained his secrecy oddly
he revealed many other facts about his life never before made public that clearly indicated his involvement in the
Soviet space program in order to explain
Aleutians fear it is important to understand both the dynamics of the former communist Soviet regime and the
top military secrecy in the Soviet space program from its earliest beginnings
in a feat most experts thought impossible the Soviet Union assured in the Space Age on October 4th 1957 when
the satellite Sputnik weighing in at over 100 kilograms was secretly launched into Earth orbit upon the success of
Sputnik people around the world were shocked and dismayed when they realized that the Soviet payload could just as
easily have been a nuclear warhead capable of being delivered anywhere on the planet
after Sputnik was launched Soviet press
published very modest reports some small objects was delivered to the orbit but
government clearly was surprised by tremendous outpouring of emotions by
international media and finally the sword look this little toy can give in
our hands very important political and propaganda instrument the success of the
Sputnik launch was due entirely to the brilliance and determination of the head of the Soviet space program Sergey
Korolyov paranoic was not the genius
engineer he was not assigned he was a good engineer but he was the genius
manager he could to manage all these huge people he will put them together without care enough it was impossible to
do something because all these scientists will be like the ants or once the ants from the outside today mother
they will now work together and he create all the put them together like the screen and they they work for him
nobody knew about surrogate that I don't think that I don't think
the name in my time there I don't think the name korolyov was even known he he
was always referred to as the designer never by name and he never appeared at
any of the press conferences in my day the Nobel Prize Committee approached the
Soviet leadership for the purpose of awarding the Nobel Prize to the designer of the sputnik's rocket booster along
with the accompanying accolades and money that emanate from the honor however the Soviet government and leader
Nikita Khrushchev would not permit the award to go to the individual responsible for the success or allow him
to leave the country to accept the award so it's him no reasonable explanation
it's even difficult not explained to Americans but to Russians now why nobody
wanted to give the name of Carol oh when the Nobel Committee asked this because
they want to give him Nobel Prize so we stole no no the not interested Nobel
Prize he's sickly so it is part of this as of this society the part of this
society was just recovering from the stalin history it's take taking a long
time by the late 1950s it was clear to both
the United States and the Soviet Union that the next space challenge would be to send a human into orbit several
highly trained military jet test pilots were chosen by both nations to literally go where no man had gone before the
Soviet space program remained a highly secretive branch of the military test pilots became known as cosmonauts
Smirnov test analysis vehicle was later Walker canis little ofcourse Mo's
daughter who has manners of making famous only after they had been in space
before then no one was allowed to tell anyone what they did the rule was made
so as not to attract attention to those people who to become cosmonauts and also
to be able to cover up the truth if any accident secured
in the 1960s the Soviets were very secretive about their space program
pictures would be condensed things in the background would be changed for what
appears to be no apparent reason that we can tell that the the Russians were
trying to be secretive that they were covering up something and not being
totally truthful we have photographs where where we believe a cosmonaut in
training has been airbrushed away in
October 1960 the most tragic example of the fanatical paranoia of Soviet secrecy
occurred a huge new booster rocket appeared to malfunction at the time of
launch instead of lifting off it remained fixed in a launch pad ignoring
all warnings and flagrantly overriding safety precautions the Kremlin ordered the launch director and engineers to
repair the problem immediately in order to get the rocket launched that same day
Marshall medallion who was a head of rocket strategic forces personally
sitting in the chair next to the rocket was in preparation before the launch he
demanded that this chair should be brought next to the rocket and it was
completely against all the safety regulations and everyone around knew
that this is against the safety regulations but everyone thought look if
I wouldn't get place next to the big boss I might be
fired net to the next day from my job with more than 200 men inspecting the
rocket including the launch director Nadella a huge ball of fire suddenly erupted
instantly killing everyone nearby no
list of the people who died was ever compiled and no one will ever know just how many people died that day
amazingly this historic tragedy was continually denied with the Soviets and
the tragic details of this event were not revealed by the Soviet government for almost 30 years other recently
Declassified Kremlin documents also indicate that as many as seven cosmonauts were killed in training
accidents prior to the d'harans reported flight cosmonauts Ladakhi shiburin meet
coffe Dolgov bella Konev catcher and garage chef were never honored for being
the pioneers they were giving their lives in attempts to reach space they will instead remain as mere names and a
secret list of cosmonauts who perished in training accidents that was the point
at which a lot of these guys became increasingly clear that they had been
shafted and they became angry there was a lot of anger but they couldn't do
anything there was no place to go there was no free press there were only family members to hear their stories and
after a while they had told those stories and what more could they do
Cosmo Subaru Pastrana propaganda receipt east eastern civilization regina
guerrilla said no deal with Sasha no drug war everything was built on
propaganda and everything was secret it was always this way and everybody knew
about it the newspapers and radio said one thing and what really happened was
something different his nose was darkness
what the Soviet propagandist did not understand was that by presenting the
difficulties the problems the mistakes the accidents the mishaps
they could have presented a far better picture also and then in fact they did
but the to present everything is perfect was in fact to belittle the achievement
of a solid to belittle the achievement of the Soviet people and to depict it in
that light was to underestimate the hero is on the struggle the effort of the
Soviet people and you know you show completely a completely inept approach
as a result of the Soviet Union's reported technological achievements
while at the same time hiding its failures positive perception of communist philosophy was at its peak
Khrushchev reportedly became obsessed with the idea of being the first to successfully launch a man in space and
ordered koroliov to make it happen regardless of cost
at that time Lieutenant Colonel Vladimir Aleutian was unquestionably the Soviet
Union's most famous and experienced test pilot as it tests the planet Aleutian
said dozens of speed and altitude records and also held the world altitude record of nearly 30 kilometers which he
said in 1959 using a Sukhoi 9 military interceptor jet in late 1916
Ellucian was awarded the hero of the soviet union their highest military honor for his altitude records
equivalent to the prestigious American Congressional Medal of Honor or a British knighthood this Soviet award was
bestowed upon a select few Aleutian himself was the offspring of the most
distinguished military and aircraft engineering family in the Soviet Union his father Sergei was one of the most
famous heroes in the Soviet Union designing and building many of the fighter and bomber planes that contributed the safety Soviets the
invading Nazis at the height of World War two
Sergei Ellucian the designer was very much involved world war two fighter
planes Soviets the Battle of Stalingrad
the il-2 Sturmovik was probably the most famous of all the Russian aircraft a
ground attack aircraft so this gave a huge stature under Stalin and of course
the chef that he took over
in addition sara gay le ocean was also one of the most powerful men in the soviet union having been awarded the
hero of the soviet union three times and being a member of the inner sanctum of
soviet power as a distinguished deputy leader of their Parliament the Supreme Soviet after world war ii the elder
Ilyushin correctly envisioned the future of aircraft manufacturing as requiring the transition from military to civilian
production once again Ellucian showed his brilliance in designing and manufacturing some of the
best civilian passenger jet airplanes ever made the Aleutian aviation complex
was considered by many to be one of the world's finest civilian airplane manufacturing companies Ellucian would
would be respected and in Soviet society not because he had three awards but be
why he got the three awards which because of his work which was because of
his work as an aircraft designer and his contribution to the develop those for
development Soviet Civil Aviation was outstanding
the younger Ellucian was always fearful of being lost or stuck in his father's
larger-than-life image and set out to free himself from his father's shadow the younger Ellucian did not want to be
groomed to take over his father's civilian airplane manufacturing company instead he entered test pilot school
then went on to design and test pilot military jet fighters in a final act of
defiance Wladimir joined the Sukhoi Aircraft Company in 1952 his father's most bitter
personal rival the elder Aleutian is said to have been enraged over his son's
actions remaining highly incensed for several years throughout the 1950s the
relationship between elder and younger Aleutian was non-existent but ultimately culminated in one of mutual pride and
respect for each other's accomplishments Vladimir Ellucian reportedly snubbed the
thought of flying in space when it was first offered to him regarding it is fit only for dogs and lab rats the Soviet
space capsule was to be operated exclusively by Mission Control engineers via remote control no hands on cosmonaut
actions were required which was an uninteresting prospect for the best test pilot of the era still most of Aleutians
accomplished fellow test pilots did join the cosmonaut Corps in spite of this obvious handicap at some point shortly
after being bestowed the Hero of the Soviet Union Honor Aleutian changed his mind he began to actively pursue the
idea of becoming the first man in space Ellucian began to view space as his
personal opportunity to separate himself from his larger-than-life father and become an immortal hero on his own and
in a field apart from aviation one of
the powerful things that the Aleutians brought to Russia was a sense of a dynasty
there's a group of families who are significant historically and the
Aleutians were certainly one glimpse and the fact that it was all in the same
sphere in aviation and aerospace sciences was significant it was
therefore in my view no accident that vladimir lucien would have been picked as the man for the job I mean it was an
obvious choice he was the right age he had the right training he had the name
it would have been perfect had it worked and that was what first got me interested in the story was the obvious
'no succumb the communist regime to pick pollution for the job as a result of his
professional accolades coupled with his family's tremendous political influence lieutenant-colonel Ellucian was
ultimately given his chance to become the first man in space Ellucian doggedly engaged in months of
intense catch-up training necessary to prepare him for his chance at immortality even though his fellow
cosmonauts were well into their second year of space flight training
Vladimir cateura watch in Cairo's now we'll watch in with you all and Nemo
Radomir whom I knew well was very happy smart and he was always helpful to others during his training because
intense detail-oriented and meticulous all assignments he did to perfection and
the results were the best of any cosmonaut in training
as secretive as a Soviet space program was there were a number of leaks as to
Aleutians imminent flight possibly as a result of his enormous celebrity as the man who had been closest to achieving
true spaceflight with his altitude records and the natural choice to be the first man in space in early 1961 a
photograph of Aleutian wearing space gear was published and it was said he
was undergoing training as a cosmonaut
my job was to fill all aspects of Rodimus lunch Vladimir was a nicest
happiest friendliest pilot I have ever
seen vardaman was confident and atonement and he was ready for this day
according to declassified documents Ellucian was put into the capsule named or Assia and launched in top military
secrecy early in the morning on Friday April 7th 1961
I was just so excited to be a part of
this whole thing and I was thinking to myself how most people could only read
about history and here I was being a part of history
at the time the CIA and other military intelligence organizations neither
confirmed nor denied the detection of the launch or the flight even after
several decades CIA and US State Department documents are still classified on this issue it is presumed
that Western intelligence agencies neither wanted to tip their hand as to their capabilities in detecting Soviet
launches in orbits nor to reveal their sources earlier in the year a jump a few
months before I had seen photograph of ladi mere illusion wearing space gear
and referred to as a member of the cosmonaut group training or gospel
therefore when I heard the story Vladimir Ellucian had been up in space
it fitted now I was so sure at that time
that the story was true I tried to get
comment from all Soviet sources I could from the press department from Prague
from his vest year from TAS from all of them I got the answer we don't know we
don't know subsequently I realized they did know
during the flight there was a malfunction in the electrical system knocking out the guidance controls and
radio Ellucian lost consciousness during the third orbit just before reentry causing ground control to lose contact
with the capsule so I believe what
happened was that the vladimir lucien was put into orbit something went wrong aboard the spacecraft whether the
guidance system or or whatever and that for several hours he was subjected to
two conditions that were not conducive to his elf unlike the Americans who had
their early capsules land in the ocean the Soviet capsules had to land on the hard ground within their borders because
the Soviets had not yet perfected proper re-entry and landing procedures cosmonauts were expected to eject
between 10,000 and 20,000 feet then parachute to safety according to
recently reveal Kremlin documents Ellucian was unable to eject and made a
hard landing in the capsule amazingly he survived badly hurt but alive
the dynamics of orbital mechanics are such that the capsule could only have returned to Russian soil near the
planned landing site on the first or the 17th orbit Ellucian however came down on
the third orbit Kremlin archive documents now indicate that Ellucian went off course and crash-landed in
mainland China not the Soviet Union he was first detained by villagers then by
local authorities and ultimately was held in China as an honored guest of the
country regarding the scenario that
involve crash landing in China one of
the things that the case of documents which I had a chance to rifle through in
the archive I did notice quite a few documents referring to Chinese Communist
Party officials in this period of time which was not the best period for
sino-soviet relations asking questions about the nature of the space program
and direct connection to solutions being there those questions that were raised
by Chinese Communist Party officials about the Soviet space program were
directly connected to a incident on their own soil I think that's certainly for future researchers and investigators
a definite path to pursue the worst
possible case scenario for the Soviet Union now came true with their mission in shambles and their hero in the hands
of their enemies the Soviet leadership was in total confusion about what to do
at first there were many indications that the Soviets were going to publicize the flight ultimately they refused to
acknowledge the foreign reports and later forcefully but sloppily denied the story all together with several
conflicting and contradictory excuses by
that time however it was too late the story had been broken wide open denis ogden the Moscow correspondent
with a london-based communist newspaper The Daily Worker was among the first to get the Aleutian story published and he
still refuses to reveal his informant to this day but Ogden did confirm that this
source had been a well-placed informant that he trusted fully
The Times had a story very similar to the one I had I not surprised that
Hungarians and Yugoslavs and other correspondents published such stories or
knew of such stories all correspondence news such stories and we were constantly
exchanging phone calls have you heard this have you heard that what do you think of it that doesn't surprise me at
all there was one of a French reporter that
was there on that day one from Bulgaria various American Air Force people made
comments that an attempt was made and those sources were independent you know
they wasn't it wasn't a case of one source and then another by picking it up they were separate sources for several
decades the Soviets angrily and profusely denied these stories as fabrications and lies and had propaganda
writers discredit slander and defame the reputations of these reporters and correspondents it was only after the
collapse of communism in the breakup of the former Soviet Union that access to Kremlin archive documents and memos
confirmed the truthfulness and accuracy of these stories about Vladimir elution
I first heard about the Aleutian story from Russian colleagues who basically
whispered it I got a clear sense that there was something about this story which I hadn't heard about in the West
that needed to be pursued but it took I guess from the first time I heard about
it to the time when I was able to get access to some documents it took about eight years in a society that was built
around Secrets the archives are you know the most important resource to be
protected not necessarily to preserve the memory but to preserve the fictions so that's one of the reasons why getting
access to archival material is still difficult to the state with the advent
of Russian democracy and the availability of substantiating documentation Aleutians story can now be
appreciated in full finally I was able to finagle my way into a library which
gave me an opportunity to read some things that I wouldn't have been able to get access to otherwise and that helped
me conclude some of the things that I wrote in the story there were really three types of documents there was the
pre-launch documentation there was the catastrophe and there were documents
pertaining to discussions that took place after the event
back in April 1961 the Soviet media was becoming more and more vociferous
contradictory and utterly confusing and denying that illusion was in fact the first man in space
at first the story released by the Soviets proclaimed that Ellucian was
never a part of the cosmonaut Corps and that he was in excellent health then they admitted that Ellucian was a
cosmonaut in training but was in a car accident the month before and couldn't be the first man in space
then they reported that illusion was not a cosmonaut in training because he had been in a car accident back in 1959
which was later modified and changed by the Soviet media to mid 1960 and that
Aleutian was in a coma from the time of the accident until March of 1960 won
numerous contradictions of this nature added to the skepticism of Western journalists at that time not the least
of which was a photo taken of a healthy Aleutian in December of 1960 just four
months before his spaceflight the photo showed Aleutian receiving the Hero of the Soviet Union award for his altitude
record obviously he was not in a coma at that time the Soviet government never
could produce Aleutian himself during this time to refute the alleged flight but always maintained its insistence
through the media that Aleutian was not the first man in space
they the confused stories about illusion simply demonstrate the point that I made
several times that the Soviet Union was its own worst enemy the talk of Soviet
propaganda being efficient effective is just nonsense I don't believe I never
believed that the story of its Soviet Soviet Union was good at propaganda it
was not to explain how Aleutian could be in
mainland China at that time the Communists controlled government media in the Soviet Union
reported that Aleutian was sent to a rehabilitation hospital in China there were also contradictions and
falsehoods given by the Soviets regarding even this story there were two reports on Vladimir Aleutian being
injured and being sent to China one of them had him in a Peking Hospital one of
them had him in a Hangzhou hospital it's very doubtful to me that somebody in a
car accident in a Soviet Union especially the son of a famous aviation
designer and somebody himself a test pilot a military test pilot would be
sent to a Chinese hospital for recuperation I never heard of anybody
being sent from the Soviet Union to China for medical treatment and the
medical facilities available in the Soviet Union perfectly satisfactory
probably better than those available in China and the second point was that of course in from during the sectoring and
towards the end of the 50s and in the early sixties Soviet Chinese relations were very strained and I really couldn't
conceive that someone like illusion
would would be sent there I find it difficult to understand
obviously the Soviets were caught in a no-win situation Khrushchev could not simply cover up
this failure with sheer propaganda but when kaliesha came to power he make our
society much less closed but before
everything was secret now still many things remain secret which had no
explanation because for example keep they told why we have to talk to all the
world about our failures it will not help us all the failures very known only
to a narrow circle and you know there was kind of oral history you know you
could learn from friends what happened at the launch but it was amazing that
now in retrospect we did not have more failures I think the way government's tried to
hide the failures was really detrimental for the program
people wonder why today not disclose
catastrophes well I mean the easy answer in courses that was embarrassing Marxist Leninist economics and Marxist
Leninist politics prided itself on being a scientific objective analysis of human
and natural law and if you are really good at your Marxist Leninist theory
then nothing in the real world should be less than perfect so it was a great
embarrassment not only to disclose this fact externally but to have to admit it
internally in the halls of power I think they were put in a situation then that
that they didn't have somebody they could present the public and here Khrushchev had been using the space
program as has one of his big propaganda hammers and to have this kind of failure
it was intolerant in an almost unbelievable coincidence on
Saturday April 8 1961 the day after Aleutians ill-fated mission an internal
meeting was quickly scheduled by korolyov for various members of the military and government for the purpose
of introducing the next first man in space lieutenant yuri gagarin this meeting
however was not acknowledged until after Gagarin's flight and the film documentation was not released for
several years after the fight Aaron yeah it's difficult to single out any other
six splendidly trained cosmonauts but it must be done the Air Force command
recommends Senior Lieutenant Yuri Gagarin for the first flight in space with chairman Seto as the backup in hindsight
it is very difficult to even imagine that the cosmonaut chosen to be the very first man in space would be named so
hastily and on a Saturday with only three or four days of preparation before the most historic launch in human
history was to take place by comparison to the heroic
record-setting test pilot Ellucian Gagarin was not even in the same league he had just recently graduated from
flight school and was considered a novice pilot without a single noteworthy achievement to his credit Gagarin was
however young articulate attractive and a committed member of the Communist Party
allow me to show the Soviet government the Communist Party and people that I
will carry out with honor the task entrusted to me and that I will be able
to overcome all difficulties I may encounter the way a good communist true
five days after the aleutian flight the successful Gagarin mission was reported
in the Soviet media it is noteworthy to
point out that Khrushchev was in Moscow at the time of Aleutians flight but was on vacation to a remote resort on the
Black Sea at the time of Gagarin's launch Khrushchev was caught totally by surprise when told about Gagarin flight
by phone and he immediately returned to Moscow then arranged a tremendous hero celebration with Gagarin some Soviet
experts now believe that Khrushchev was so overwrought with the Aleutians failure that he had to go on vacation
and that Korolyov took things into his own hands to launch Gagarin no matter what the consequences without even
bothering to tell Khrushchev in the event there might have been another failure Yuri Gagarin was clearly a
political piece Khrushchev and the Soviet Union used to the maximum extent
we could after if the flight he was welcome back in Moscow he went on a tour
of the world he went to London and India and he was a spokesman of the Soviet
Union he was the typical being portrayed as the typical Soviets person you know
young aggressive bright courageous you know everything that they
wanted to portray communism to be
an interesting note in a recently Declassified State Department document reveals that the leaders of almost every
country sent Khrushchev gifts and congratulatory letters over Gagarin successful flight with China being the
sole exception choosing to remain mysteriously quiet during the entire affair however China did send
congratulatory letters to the Soviet leadership on all subsequent Soviet space missions perhaps this was the
subtle way China could tell the world that they knew Gagarin was not the first man in space with a successful flight of
Gagarin the aleutian flight became a non-event as for those who knew the
truth about Aleutian such as reporter Dennis Ogden his informant and the space
program engineers and technicians involved in the flight each was forced to participate in a conspiracy of
silence driven by fear I got a call a
call from my superior he taught me in no uncertain terms to
destroy everything I had on dragomir and to just keep quiet about the whole
affair from the tone of his voice I knew
clearly that if I didn't do exactly as
he said my family and I would have
one-way tickets and a permanent address change to Siberia I was summoned to the
press department to meet the head of the press department man called Harlem
he had been instructed by the Central Committee to conduct an investigation
into my story he said leading across the table I only
want to know one thing who told you I said I'm sorry I can't
tell you why not journalistic ethics and
then he blew up in a big way and he said yes but we want to know who told you
because this person has done great harm had I been what was called him Moscow of
bourgeois correspond a non-communist correspondent I'm sure I would have been expelled there's no doubt about that but
it would have been very embarrassing for them to expel a communist correspondent
through all the years of propaganda and denials the story of Vladimir Ilyushin
in a space flight had been relegated to the garbage can of hoaxes myths and fabrications generated by overzealous
and imaginative Western reporters Ogden himself was branded as a fantasy writer
and flat-out liar the Soviets however went to extraordinary measures to find out who
Ogden's informant was Ogden was constantly followed by the KGB in hopes
of capturing his informant both Ogden and his informant feared for their very lives it went to a reception and as I
and I sensed that one of my minders was close behind and as I walked through the
door straight ahead of me was my informant and I knew that if my mind saw
him and me together that was it
he would know and I fortunately fortunately my
informant saw my minder and realized the situation and just ignored me
since both China and the Soviet Union were hostile to the West no Press reports were ever made
available an Aleutian stay in China nor an any swap for his release while it is
still unclear as to what kind of deal was struck between the Soviet Union and China to get Ellucian back in either in
exchange of spies or money or both Ellucian finally and quietly came home
about a year after his flight and shortly thereafter resumed working in his home for the Sukhoi aircraft company
in a very low-key manner vladimir
Ellucian was in a position that i believe was a problematic for Khrushchev
and the government first off he was a very famous person in his own right as a test pilot he was famous because of the
family that he was born into and they and the what would you consider to be the elite within the Soviet Union so I
think what came down was it was a joint
decision that Vladimir would just basically just be quiet
the brilliant Soviet space designer Sergey Korolyov also suffered once again
from the Asteria and secrecy surrounding the Soviet space program he was again
denied his dual just like Aleutian was Sergei Korolev was the chief designer of
the rocket and spacecraft used for the Gagarin flight the first manned flights
the Nobel Committee wanted to give this
person a Nobel Prize for the accomplishment it was a tremendous accomplishment but under Khrushchev and
the tight regime at the time even those that follow Khrushchev there was no release of his name at all until
in fact his death in 1966 it is indeed
hard to believe that koroliov went to his grave in 1966 having been cheated
out of not just one but two Nobel Prizes for his brilliance because koroliov
lived in a society where paranoia and cover-ups were the norm the world never knew or appreciated his unparalleled
contribution to space exploration during his lifetime looking back at the stories
of personalities khrushchev personality
korolev personality of the Garen personality the aleutian personality
probably the most interesting element of it was the Shakespearean character
the life that was led after these events by Gagarin and Aleutian of course if
Gagarin was not the first in space he was probably aware of that fact at some point and that may have led to his
demise alcoholism and lack of control and public apparently he became very
difficult for the Communist Party to cope with because he would say things in public that were an embarrassment if not
outright dangerous there were even reports of Gagarin
throwing a glass of champagne in the face of Soviet leader Leonid Brezhnev at a government function shortly thereafter
in March 1968 Gagarin died in a highly suspicious and mysterious mik jet crash
in perhaps the ultimate twist of fate Vladimir Ilyushin was appointed to lead
the committee investigating the crash whose report was inconclusive and left many nagging questions
Ellucian himself reported that Gagarin's body was never found and only a finger
of the once great hero was recovered from the wreckage leading many experts to question whether or not Gagarin may
well have been murdered by the KGB at Brezhnev's instructions meanwhile the
true conquering hero must continue to live wrestling the memory of the life was due him a life that was led by
illusion was actually quite significant
than he did not only work as a test pilot after the fact but he also became
a significant designer and I think it's kind of tragic that the one man who the
world acknowledges still today as the great hero actually may have been a fabrication and that's kind of a sad end
to the story that the two guys went different ways and each in one sense got
the reverse of what you would have expected the hero wound up being the tragic figure and the one that they
tried to bury turned out to actually make a lasting contribution even though
this gentle giant of a man must face the statues of Gagarin visit the buildings that bear Gagarin's name and participate
in the ceremonies at Heil Gagarin as the first man in space Vladimir Ilyushin knows in his heart
that it was his accomplishment that broke new ground not only in the space race of the Cold War but in the human
quest for knowledge adventure and conquest I moved to America several years ago and
I am so happy that the Soviet Union and the Communist are finished and now I
don't have to keep quiet to protect the Soviet Union's good name so if the KGB
wants to come after me mail then I'll be
waiting for them to spit in their faces after what they did to Valley with the
truth at last unveiled Vladimir Ilyushin deserves to be recognized as the space
pioneer and hero he is rather than as a footnote in a falsified history

Inner Earth Conspiracy Theories #3

Mr. Mythos

The Metal Library is a supposed treasure trove hidden in the Tayos Caves of Ecuador. In the early 1900s, a humble Catholic missionary named Father Crespi was working in this area, and for his charity, the native people gifted him strange golden artifacts... artifacts that seemed to come from ancient Egypt and Mesopotamia. From here, mysterious fires, military investigation, and even assassination would follow – an epic Inner Earth conspiracy that would span decades.

this video is sponsored by masterworks we're back with another episode of inner
earth conspiracies and today we'll be digging up a treasure trove of ancient artifacts from what seemed to be an
unknown culture resembling babylon of the ancient middle east except these were found on the wrong
hemisphere in a deep and sprawling tunnel system beneath the amazon jungle in ecuador
this included massive books made of gold gemstone encrusted statues of gods and
even a crystal sarcophagus in fact this treasure was so baffling
that even the astronaut neil armstrong led a search for it in 1976
making the first man to walk on the moon possibly one of the first to step foot into a lost underground kingdom
this is truly an indiana jones type of inner earth conspiracy so put on your adventuring hat and grab a
torch hey fellow seekers welcome i'm mr mythos
if you're a fan of strange and ancient mysteries with research so deep you're guaranteed to fall down the rabbit hole
you're in the right place i humbly ask that you give this video a like and ding the notifications bell so
you don't miss any of the rare info we'll be digging into every video and if you love it please share this series
with a friend this video is about ancient treasure but for a minute let me tell you a story
about another treasure art it's 1984 new york city a young couple
decided by a painting from an up-and-coming street artist to the tune of 20 thousand dollars
jump forward to 2017 and if that couple would put their money into the s p 500 instead
they would have made 271 thousand dollars however they sold that painting at an
auction for 110 million that street artist was jean-michel basquiat
there is a ton of money flowing in the art world however you no longer need to be anywhere near rich to participate
that's because today's sponsor masterworks has democratized this once exclusive investment by purchasing
multi-million dollar works by iconic artists like basquiat which you can then buy sec qualified shares of
that's revolutionary masterworks then goes on to sell the art and they know what they're doing
returning 32 percent to investors in 2020 and 31 in 2021.
besides a big sale they also offer a secondary market to sell your shares to other members
in fact i'm a pro believer and investor myself through masterworks i own shares of one of my favorite banksy paintings
sunflowers from petrol station it's a smart way to diversify according to a 2020 citibank report art has the
lowest stock market correlation of any major asset class speaking of which from 1995 to 2020 art
prices actually beat the s p 500 return by 174 percent
to get started with masterworks there is a wait list but you can skip it by clicking my link in the description
from there just create your account browse their art and decide on your investment thanks again to masterworks let's dive
right into today's truly epic mystery which begins with a set of out-of-place metal artworks gifted to a humble
missionary deep in the jungles of the amazon
carlo crespi crochet today remembered as father cruspy was an italian catholic
priest who devoted 60 years of his life to charitable work in ecuador living among the indigenous people until his
death in 1982 he was a highly educated man who studied anthropology at the university of milan
and the natural sciences at the university of padua he also earned a doctorate in piano
composition however crosby's true passion was helping others
in 1923 father crespi was assigned as a missionary to the city of cuenca in
ecuador on the edge of the amazon rainforest however he went much further than
spreading the catholic religion crosby was an incredible humanitarian who truly improved the lives of the
people of cuenca for six decades he fed the hungry and raised funds for those who were impoverished and disabled he
set up electric lighting established an orphanage and multiple schools championed education for girls and as a
cinema lover he even hosted a weekly film festival but in the everyday life of his
neighbors he was simply a true friend who cared deeply for his fellow humans over those 60 years until his death
father crosby became perhaps the most beloved and respected person in cuenca
today in front of the church of maria auxiliadora there is a statue of father crusty
helping a young child many local elders still share stories about his friendship and charity and the city continues to
petition the vatican to have father crust be venerated as a catholic saint however this same man unexpectedly
became involved in a bizarre archaeological find that involved millions of dollars worth of
unbelievably strange artifacts that if authentic would rewrite history as we
know it but this did not occur in cuenca see
father cruspy didn't limit his humanitarian efforts to just this little town but also to a tribe of indigenous people
known as the schwarz far deeper into the jungles of ecuador this was partly due to his passion for
learning about culture and traditions but his heart was still the same he helped these schwa tribes people
selflessly even living in voluntary poverty with them sleeping on the dirt floor of a small hut with only a blanket
covering him for warmth during this time father crosby would actually be the first person to capture
the schwarz on film in 1927 which i'll show a short clip of here
just like the people of cuenca the schwa recognized crosby as a true and respected friend and they went out of
their way to repay his kindness in the best way they knew how through a precious gift
however what these tribes people gave to him was quite unexpected
it was a golden artifact with odd markings seemingly very ancient
obviously this gift lit up his face with a great smile as we know father cruspy had no care for
wealth but he knew this was a massive gesture of trust from the tribe and also directly appealed to his anthropological
interest but his smile spoke far more than the few words of their language he had learned the shore saw that it made him
happy so they brought him more and more
this included jewelry pottery statues of animals and gods some made with gold and
silver but most oddly he accumulated a collection of oversized rectangular
metallic plates to be clear the vast majority of these metal plates were 100 fake impressed
with crude depictions by the untrained indigenous people including recognizable symbols wildlife
and architecture all of clear modern ecuadorian origin after all the schwa had limited
resources and just wanted to make crosby smile which they absolutely did
however a small subset of these plates seemed to be authentic unlike the others they were made of gold
and were far more complex and it was this section of his metal
library as it became known that made crosby realize there was something very off about some of these
gifts as an educated anthropologist he noted that certain depictions and symbols were
completely different than what was expected in this region perhaps even in the western hemisphere
there were noticeable similarities to that of the ancient cultures of babylon and mesopotamia and also that of egypt
and far east asia but even stranger was that the golden tablets seemed to reflect a mashup of
these cultures alongside an unrecognizable written language when crespi and a translator asked
ceshwar where they were getting all these incredible and invaluable artifacts
they simply told him that they found them underground in a cave beneath the ecuadorian jungle
by the end of it all father cruspy had acquired more than 50 000 objects a
truly astonishing amount and easily enough to fill a large museum which is exactly what he did
at first he stored them in the courtyard of the maria axilladora church until the
vatican granted him permission to start a museum in the salesian school
and until 1960 father crosby's collection was actually the largest museum in ecuador
countless university and church officials professors archaeologists anthropologists and even politicians
came to visit his museum almost curious about the stranger subset of artifacts
those that had no clear ecuadorian origin and each of these people had their theories
the american explorer richard wingate visited father cruspy during the mid-1970s to photograph the collection
and of it he wrote the following quote in a dusty cramped shed on the side
porch of the church of maria auxiliadora in cuenca ecuador lies the most valuable archaeological
treasure on earth more than one million dollars worth of dazzling gold is cashed here and much
silver yet the hard money value of this forgotten horde is not its principal
worth there are ancient artifacts identified as assyrian egyptian chinese and african
so perfect in workmanship and beauty that any museum director would regard them as first-class acquisitions
since this treasure is the strangest collection of ancient archaeological objects in existence
its value lies in the historical questions it poses and demands answers to
yet it is unknown to historians and deliberately neglected in the journals of orthodox archaeology end quote
father crosby himself began speaking more openly about his opinions on the artifacts he felt were genuine and like
wingate he believed that there were clear motifs from multiple ancient cultures which the indigenous people
would have had little to no knowledge of and therefore couldn't fake allegedly crosby also suggested that
these artifacts may be antediluvian that is originating before the event of
the great biblical flood written of in the book of genesis obviously these opinions were against
the mainstream view of history it was simply impossible for any assyrian egyptian chinese or african
people to have been in ecuador some 4 000 years ago it goes against everything we're taught
and to suggest a mix of all these ancient cultures that implies something far more profound
than some ancient voyage many people like to relate crespi's metal library to the ancient alien
theory the idea that extraterrestrials were the ancestors or leaders of the first great
civilizations the mesopotamians the egyptians the chinese and the mayans
just to name a few and these ancient aliens thus passed on elements of their extraterrestrial
culture to these people that would explain why the traditions and mythologies of these cultures often
show crossover despite their distance from each other that is because they all derived from the same source
and that could explain the mix of cultures shown in crosby's metal plates because they were either made by aliens
or one of these original peoples on earth in fact this very theory is what made this
mystery famous in a book called gold of the gods by eric von daniken which we'll
be getting into a little bit later in this story however i'd like to propose an alternative theory as is the theme of
this series inner earth remember the schwa said that these artifacts came from a mysterious cave
system somewhere far off in the amazon jungle so why look above
when perhaps we should be looking below legends of gods building vast
underground cities are found in pretty much every major ancient civilization from
egypt to india to china which i've covered in detail in previous videos of mine
but as these mythologies have been documented and compared thousands of years later
it's become rather apparent that the hidden world spoken of by the ancients may not be completely independent of one
another what if they were connected by the way for over a year now i've been
working on a rather lengthy book regarding this exact theory and you can read a few early draft chapters of it on
my patreon it's called inner earth mythology and the full book should be published by the end of 2022
if you're a longtime fan of the channel you may already be aware of the most enduring sub theory of inner earth and
that is of agartha the name of a supposed network of extremely deep hidden tunnels that connect all major
inner earth civilizations and this agartha network is believed to run under entire oceans reaching every
continent and stretching across the entire world the controversial british historian
harold wilkins stated in 1945 that quote tibetan llamas even assert that in
america it is not stated whether north south or central they live in vast caves of an underworld
reached by secret tunnels peoples of an ancient world and quote
this detail given by wilkins is pretty important as i can tell you the americas
have perhaps the most consistent legends of inner earth multiple creation myths of indigenous
american peoples tell pretty much the same story that the native people emerged outward
from the surface of the earth the nihola teca which were seven tribes
native to central america asserted that they came from a subterranean ancestral home known as
chicomas talk which translates to the place of the seven caves
these seven tribes of the nihola teca eventually formed the aztec empire
the same narrative is told in north america where the hopi the zuni the
pawnee and the creek tribes all share the story that at some point in ancient times
a mouth of the earth opened up and their people emerged outward in south america the inca believed that
their forefathers came out of caves located east of cusco in peru
and similarly the indigenous brazilians claimed that their ancestors exited from a massive underground world
while some of their people decided to stay back and remain beneath the earth
so if the theory of agartha is true that this ancient and global underground
network exists might it also be possible that an ancient inner-earth people
left a library of cultural relics beneath ecuador that's the inner-earth link here and
while it's a key to unlocking this mystery we're just scratching the surface of the conspiracy
see whether or not you believe in the reality of inner earth there is no doubt
that something was going on with father crosby's metal library by the end of this story you'll have
learned of a string of generational tribal secrets suspicious destruction
international government intervention and at least one assassination associated with these artifacts
on july 19th 1962 at 1am a sudden fire broke out in father
cruspy's museum in the heat of it all the humble priests managed to save many of these precious
artifacts however many more were completely destroyed and forever lost
this same fire also destroyed cuenca's primary school secondary school and the
cinema theater all of which crosby had built to this day the cause of the fire
remains inconclusive however several witnesses filed a report with the police that they had seen two
people with fuel canteens coming out of a car decades later the ecuadorian ufologist
jaime rodriguez who's actually born raised and educated in cuenca investigated this case extensively and
concluded that quote some unknown people had robbed golden plates and then had put fire on the
crespi museum end quote father cruspy of course was devastated
and disturbed by this event and immediately relocated the surviving artifacts to the rooms and hallway of
his personal living quarters sensing that these artifacts of potential monumental archaeological
value might be in danger he would guard them for the next 15 years
but he wasn't alone as many citizens voluntarily provided near constant security so neither the artifacts nor
crosby would be in danger again father crosby would thankfully be able
to live out the rest of his life among the people that he loved without serious worry
though he was disappointed that no academic institution had taken the artifact seriously with not even a
single study conducted he was at peace knowing that he had tried his best and that god would take
it from here on april 30th 1982 father crespi passed away in cuenca from
natural causes at the age of 91. the following day a local newspaper
would write quote koenka is crying on the day of his death as it had been its
dearest son end quote many online articles that discuss this
mystery state that crespi's collection was stolen or simply disappeared after
his death however that's a slight misconception on august 9 1979 three years before his
death the sale of the crespi museum was finalized to the central bank of ecuador
the final sale price was 10 million ecuadorian sucrase which with inflation
roughly converts to 400 000 us dollars today and part of this money would be used to
build a new public school in father cruspy's name however there are a few vital details we
must consider first off remember that cruspy never actually owned his collection or the
museum these were all technically property of the roman catholic church and
they were the ones who made the sale to the central bank of ecuador second cruspy himself was disappointed
with the sale in fact he wasn't even aware of it until it happened which he
voiced to a journalist of the daily newspaper el tiempo quote i heard by local press that my bosses
according to the statutes and monastic laws and commercial agreement of the government have sold the museum to
central bank of ecuador for the sum of 10 million sucres and cuenca will receive only 3.5 million
sucres for this sale i finished my conversation mr idrovo go
with god and quote third the final sale document states
quote there was made a strict selection naming those valuable objects
six thousand five hundred pieces of the museum recognized as legitimate and precious end quote
we already knew that the majority of the fifty thousand artifacts were fake but six thousand five hundred genuine pieces
is still a shockingly high amount if you think about it all things considered and inner earth
aside there is obviously a massive secret stash of artifacts and treasure
that the shore took these objects from just keep that in mind it's not just a rumor or an assumption
but really the only reasonable explanation fourth
despite having bought all these thousands of artifacts not a single one would ever be displayed
subject to testing or research or seen again really so it's true that for 37 years crespi's
collection did effectively disappear that was until 2016 though when a team
from the publication ancient origins actually flew to ecuador in an attempt to solve this mystery once and for all
pretty cool if you ask me but what exactly did they find through a string of meetings and
personal references the ancient origins crew were eventually given permission to view crestpiece collection held in the
central bank and only under the escort of a team of police they did manage to film it though which
i'll be showing as i read quote thousands of artifacts had been carefully catalogued according to their
age and the culture they had belonged to figurines ceremonial seats weapons stone
carvings ceramics jewelry ancient calculation systems religious icons and
even elongated skulls and shrunken human heads but no metallic plates the
metallic plates were located at the opposite end of the building complex in a locked storage area of a dilapidated
old building we were shocked the metal plates and artifacts were strewn all over the floor thrown in
cardboard boxes and gathered in miscellaneous piles it was clear that no value was ascribed
to these plates the metallic plates were clearly not made of gold but a soft and pliable
metal that more closely resembled aluminum the carvings were crude and in some
cases infantile end quote however they ended this article with a
problem quote a small subset of artifacts which were photographed and filmed in the 1970s
consisting of gold carvings hieroglyphs and sumerian figures
is genuinely missing and no one seems to have any answers as to where they are
end quote these stranger artifacts the ancient origins team is referring to included
the gold and silver plates in crespi's collection as well as certain stone and clay
artifacts the problematic pieces of the collection that would rewrite history if
deemed authentic the key pieces to the puzzle were missing the team met with an expert on father
crosby a senior official at a local cuenca university who wished to remain anonymous
according to the team's report quote the official response of the expert was that these artifacts simply went missing
never to be found again while initially he said he knew nothing about the location of the missing artifacts later
on he said that he was not authorized to talk about them at some point during our discussion we
asked the expert about reports that the missing artifacts had been shipped to the vatican in italy his response was
not to deny that this took place but to say that he was aware that pieces of art had been sent to the vatican it
was quite clear during our conversation that there is something that someone does not want the public to know about
end quote father crosby's saga was just the beginning however these missing
artifacts are only the surface of a far more treacherous and ancient mystery
remember how the schwarz told father crosby that they'd retrieved these artifacts from caves beneath the jungle
well though it's not clear whether they revealed the actual location to crosby during his life
there's a pretty solid theory that the shore were speaking of cueva de los taos
known in english as etios caves
the taos caves are a vast natural underground network located beneath the
rainforest covered eastern foothills of the andes and the schwarz claim it as
their sacred land in fact these shore openly warn that this cave system is
inhabited by incredibly powerful spirits who in ancient times granted the shore
their role as guardians of the cave this strict guardianship has resulted in violent conflict in the past against
gold prospectors and military alike thus the ecuadorian government has opted to
completely remove themselves from the area and respects it as schwart territory thus
very little of the taos caves has actually been officially explored for as long as any living member of the
schware can remember their people have been entering the tio's caves using ladders made of vines
through three known entrances one of which is well over 200 feet deep
having descended into the darkness they'd light bamboo torches and proceed
through networks of caverns for two reasons first to collect baby oil birds which are
called tayos in their language hence the name of the caves and second
for spiritual and ceremonial purposes to meet with one specific spirit who
supposedly resides in the upper levels in a 1976 entry in the diary of juan
morris a treasure hunter who will meet soon quote their religious traditions confirm that
these caves are the dwelling of their god a supreme being praised by the first
inhabitants in eastern ecuador and their descendants their god is eternal
but it is unknown if they believe he has a human shape with a body or if he is simply a spirit
a soul to whom his children between april and june go down to pay tribute
through ceremonies of unknown nature end quote while his description is mostly on point
especially regarding the god's possible physical nature morris was wrong about one aspect the god of the schwar is not
a he but a shi an ascended goddess known as nun kui
in shore mythology nun kui was the very first schwar a woman who was once human
however she traveled deep into the taos caves and this act or some unknown event
during it transformed nunkui into an almighty goddess and she chose the caves
to be your home specifically the upper levels amid a wealth of gold and precious stones
and in those taos caves she created a lesser male god named sunki
and together they birthed schwar children as well as dogs who then emerged out and onto the surface
the mythology continues though as nun kui and sunki went on to host a civilization of inner earth spirits
supposedly those of deceased shore in the deeper levels of the taios caves or
possibly in another cave system altogether a place called the cave of the higher beings
as we'll learn about a bit later regardless nuncui bestowed the shore
people the right as the sole guardians of this place an important detail to note is that the
schwa warn against venturing into nune kui's personal lair out of fear of some
terrible punishment it's not clear whether this warning is for all people including the schwa or
specifically for outsiders apparently the elders know where her lair is but have never revealed this
information to younger generations let alone strangers this myth of noon kui's lair is curious
though as is believed to be a large luxurious room filled to the brim with
golden gemstones and multiple people who have met and conversed with the shore since father
cruspy's death have been told quite openly that the golden artifacts given to him were taken from within the tios
caves so it's really no secret that this is the location
it's an enormously vast unmapped network with restrictive access on the threat of
death so therein lies the problem in the mid-1960s a hungarian
speleologist and prospector named janus morris better known by his spanish nickname juan
was trucking through the andes mountains the jungle was dangerous but morris
proceeded fearlessly recounting in a rare and obscure interview from 1978
quote one day i came across the schwarz head shrinkers
i lived with them for two months but not for one second that i believed they could be the ones holding the secret end
quote after treasure hunting in peru bolivia and argentina
morse had met with a source in ecuador who tipped him off to a remote cave that might be well worth his time
until his death moritz kept his source anonymous however we will eventually find out who it was
at the foot of one of the openings to the tiles caves possibly one that is still unknown to the public he climbed
in quote the vegetation was hiding an entrance to a cave
the rock marked the exact spot i came close to the edge of the entrance
which was barely three feet wide equipped with my lantern i dove into this mysterious corridor and quote
mapping his position morris traveled further and further in until finally he
came across a section of the cave that was clearly not natural but man-made
moritz would leave out details as to not expose his route but at some point here he discovered the entrance to a secret
chamber as he would recount the walls ceilings and general architecture within it were
perfectly carved a long hallway stretched out from the back and as he traveled through it he finally stumbled
upon the mother lode quote all around me and as far as the eye could see
i saw a mountain of shining gold i spotted human skeletons completely
covered by a thin layer of gold i saw a desk of polished stone
over it there were large open books with golden pages i barely dared to brush the
golden pages with engraved hieroglyphs surely these indestructible books
include the history of all civilizations those from above and below
end quote it was a monumental find a library of massive golden plates
strung together into books each impressed with pictures and symbols that seemed to be of a mixed eastern
origin with writings in a language he did not recognize but most closely resembled cuneiform
it seemed that morris had discovered the origin of father crosby's collection crespi's golden plates were pages from
these golden books this was truly the find of a lifetime so murats had to proceed with the utmost
caution in particular he needed to ensure that he had legal rights to the discovery and for that he needed a
trusted lawyer so with his possession carefully mapped he closed the secret chamber and
proceeded to exit the cave for the next year he would carefully network to find the right legal
representative to share this discovery with and through a senator friend he was introduced to a prominent lawyer from
ecuador's largest city guayaquil a man named gerardo pena mateos
due to the necessary legal role he had to play mateos required morris to show him the treasure trove and morris did
just that allowing matteos to confirm that this mysterious place and his treasures did indeed exist exactly as
morris described in june of 1969 they both wrote a
detailed description of the findings quote the subterranean world exists and inside
his chambers i have discovered valuable objects of great cultural and historical value to humanity
the objects consist especially of metal sheets that probably contain the summary
of the history of an extinguished civilization of which we don't have the least
indication to date and quote on july 21st they had this document
notarized and finally submitted it to the ecuadorian government expecting to be met with a team or at
the very least resources for an expedition they never heard back and if there was
no way they could take it all out themselves most of these artifacts were massive particularly the metal books
which could not be lifted without equipment or a larger team so for the next several years again with
the utmost caution both morris and matteos vetted their options for someone to fund a full-scale
expedition and in these efforts they met a certain ancient astronaut
theorist a swiss man named eric von danigan
eric von daniken is an author best known for his controversial theories on
extraterrestrial involvement in early human civilizations he pretty much made the ancient
astronaut hypothesis mainstream with his breakthrough book chariots of the gods and today tanakan can still be seen
giving enthusiastic red-faced monologues on the popular history channel show
ancient aliens in 1973 though he had released yet another bestseller titled gold of the
gods and in it danican described an expedition he himself took through those man-made
tunnels of the tio's caves led by none other than juan moritz
in the book he described entering this secret chamber then marveling over the mounds and mounds of gold and impossible
treasures and particularly the metal library which he considered to be irrefutable evidence of ancient
extraterrestrial involvement on earth early on juan mars had gone public that
eric von danigan was lying there had never been any expedition between them and
danican has certainly never seen the artifacts himself moritz revealed to the german magazine
der spiegel that the entire thing had come from a single long conversation that they had and that danican had used
archival photos of moritz and after more than 5 million copies of
gold of the gods had sold eric von daniken came clean short of outright
saying that he embellished the whole thing danican admitted in an interview that quote
in german we say a writer if he is not writing pure science is allowed to use
some dramaturge effect some theatrical effects
and that's what i have done end quote regardless of what really happened
between them eric von danican had played his role his book gold of the gods had shot juan
moritz father crosby and the taos caves to absolute fame
a wealthy well-connected and enthusiastic scottish civil engineer named stanley hull had heard about
father crosby's collection many years prior actually he filmed it in the 70s but it was only after reading danican's
gold of the gods that he became absolutely obsessed with the implications of this impossible inner
earth treasure according to hall the book sparked a quote personal
odyssey into the heart of global enigmas the origins of mankind and quote
in short stanley hall had made finding this metal library his life mission
thankfully hall was a highly capable man in 1973 he led the first archaeological
survey of the calendar stone circles in scotland to great success but this accomplishment would be nothing
compared to what he did just three years later in 1976
hull organized an international expedition that would involve 120 members
including british and ecuadorian government and military officials british special forces
leading scientists and speleologists eight professional cavers an entire film crew and the former
astronaut and the first man on the moon neil armstrong who served as the expedition's honorary
president now hold on you're probably wondering how the heck
did neil armstrong get involved i mean just a few years earlier he had literally been on the moon
according to stanley hall's daughter quote neil was interested in what goes on in outer space and dad had read von
danigan's book my dad himself had links to the armstrong clan his mother was an
armstrong and mentioned it to neil in a letter it was a shot in the dark but my dad
wrote we are organizing this expedition to ecuador would you like to come to his surprise armstrong replied yes it
would be an honor to join you end quote so there you have it even neil armstrong
thinks this stuff is cool but you may have noticed there was someone missing from the participant
list and that was juan morris now hall had originally proposed his
expedition to moritz in fact he was the very first person hall went to however morris would only accept on the
condition that he would lead the expedition unlike morris stanley hall was an
experienced civil engineer and project manager who was far more capable of leading a successful expedition of this
magnitude so hall refused moritz was not at all concerned though
as he was certain that he was the only one capable of reaching the treasure and without him
it would simply be impossible
it was 1976 and all the pieces were coming together the ecuadorian british governments had
shaken hands a dream team of experts has signed on to the project and even neil
armstrong was coming however they still didn't know exactly where to look
so without morris's help hall would come to rely on two certain facts
first that father crespi's medal library has certainly come from schwar territory
and second that at least some of the schwarz knew where unsurprisingly this plan to simply ask
chore nicely didn't really pan out these tribes people gave father cruspy his
gifts out of a deep love and respect for him and the many years he spent with him
and stanley hall and his expedition crew were complete outsiders who were not only trespassing on their territory but
also intended on invading their ancient sacred inner-earth realm that they were the designated guardians of
by the way that's why the ecuadorian and british militaries were involved so nobody lost their heads
after asking around with other nearby communities hall and his crew were repeatedly warned
that none dare adventure into the etios caves because rumors had it that the
shore had been actively guarding a hidden subterranean civilization for hundreds if not thousands of years
you might be asking a subterranean civilization of what exactly would it be the powerful spirit said to
inhabit the caves well whatever they are they aren't human
in an interview given for a french book titled lis entre terreste juan morris recounted a specific and
chilling warning he received from a schwar elder quote he warned us of the dangers
and told us the story of the intra-terrestrials just as he had learned from his father before him
the inhabitants of the caverns are gods he said they have dominated the strength of the
earth and the sun they have lightning that kills with which you can pierce through mountains
their kingdom extends under the roots of the virgin jungle be careful with what your eyes will see
you must touch nothing you must take nothing even if you believe you are alone
their eyes will follow you wherever you go end quote this warning if authentic is a bit scary
to say the least whether stanley hall was given the same warning though is unknown
however it was clear that hull's enthusiasm for the expedition would not be dampened by rumors
the schwar may have not been very receptive to hull but in a surprising turn of events they became far more
friendly when they met neil armstrong like everyone else in the world even a
somewhat remote tribe like the schwarz had heard of the moon landing and the elders arranged a grand meeting for him
to greet armstrong as a true hero after this several shore volunteered to
help and led the expedition crew to a specific entrance of the cave and gripping on a wire ladder
down neil armstrong went into the darkness finally taking his one small step onto
the cave floor the entire time being watched by silent schwar from above
after it was all said and done the expedition lasted 35 days until their vast resources were finally exhausted
it was both the most extensive and expensive expedition of the tiles caves
as well as the largest cave expedition of its time hall and armstrong's team mapped almost
10 miles of this natural cave system discovered over 300 new animal and
insect species and incredibly they did find a multitude of man-made structures
carved tunnels rooms and ancient relics of great archaeological value
they even found a human body and artifacts dating back to 1500 bc
which confirmed that these caves had been frequented since truly ancient times however
they found no treasure and none of the recovered relics remotely resembled
father crosby's strange collection nor the metal library described by juan moritz
in a bitter disappointment one of the lead researchers apparently voiced his frustration to a local shore
elder who with a sly smile revealed to him that hull's team had investigated the wrong
cave and that the real cave and the location of the treasures remained the exclusive secret of the schwarz
indeed even morris's lawyer gerardo mateos would later reveal that morris
had intentionally misled everyone to the taos caves as well including eric von daniken whereas the
true treasure was in a nearby but completely different cave system a place which he called the cave of the
higher beings while it seems most likely that the 1976
expedition had been deliberately deceived and directed away from the true treasure
that doesn't mean there's no conspiracy to speculate here after all there were two governments involved and possibly
three if you count neil armstrong as a representative of the us allegedly the expedition's military
portion extracted four massive boxes which no one not even the schwa who
openly cooperated were allowed to know the contents of shore reported feeling used and scammed
and had a sinking sense in their heart that expedition members took something very important from the taos caves
the expedition report itself is also noticeably short compared to what you'd expect from an undertaking of well over
100 people and over a month of non-stop exploration in recent years the ecuadorian
researcher manuel palacios has pointed out quote the concealment of reports
photographic and filmic evidence and above all the denial of the real magnitude of this underground system
which was limited to only five kilometers in length end quote also
consider that neil armstrong expressed to the press the sheer magnitude of his
experience there quote tayos is up there with the moon end
quote this short statement is not one to take lightly and makes you wonder if the
expedition findings were really as simple as they seem in occult groups who've investigated the
metal library mystery there tends to be a lot of focus on neil armstrong specifically
as the first man to step on the moon there's a popular conspiracy theory that
armstrong and the rest of his crew discovered ruins and evidence of ancient civilizations there and followed orders
to erase them from existence in order to hide this truth from humanity the reasoning was either to maintain the
narrative woven by the elite or simply out of fear of how humanity would react to this information
from here this same logic should also apply to any evidence proving the existence of an ancient advanced inner
earth civilization either of these revelations would have unprecedented effect on the validity of
our religious political and economic systems it could very easily cause a complete collapse
of course we know that neil armstrong led this expedition into the tiles caves
so really how odd is it that the first man on the moon happened to lead a journey into what was
rumored to be a hidden underground city or even civilization did armstrong participate purely out of
his own personal interest or might he have gone under the order of the american government
perhaps to find and deal with the truth of inner earth before the british and ecuadorian
governments got to it first that's about as far as that theory goes and indeed interest in the tious caves
and its metal library would never again reach the heights of the 1976 expedition
however even after this failed mission stanley hall did not give up his search for the metal library
the rumor of another cave system the cave of the higher beings was a true revelation to him and a pool of new hope
like these swaths of soldiers scientists and cavers who would return to their homes
a hall had also returned to scotland but with his eyes set on one final lead and
that was the original anonymous source who had tipped juan morris off to where he would find his treasure
back in the early 1960s when this all first began after their disagreement over the tiles
cave expedition morrison hull's relationship had seriously dwindled and moritz refused to
reveal any more details to hull and on february 27 1991 some 15 years
after they first met moritz would die suddenly from respiratory heart failure
allegedly due to a severe potassium deficiency just days before his 69th
birthday he had collapsed and died alone in a hotel room while there's nothing inherently
suspicious about this death in the previous two decades moritz had grown incredibly paranoid and had told friends
that he'd suffered multiple kidnapping attempts and even attempts on his life
he was also the owner of more than 50 safety deposit boxes across different banks in various countries but
considering what he supposedly found perhaps he had a reason to feel wary
while the death of juan morris was demoralizing for whole it ultimately fueled him for one final exhaustive
sweep and in september of that same year 1991
stanley hall found a man named petronio jaramillo who was in fact moritz's
secret source this was confirmed by marissa's lawyer gerardo mateos
petronio jaramillo was already aware of hull's life work with his search for the metal library and when they met luckily
it was on very friendly terms haramio agreed to show hold the correct entrance which he also confirmed was not
part of the tiles caves but another nearby cave system entirely
however he would only bring hull there once trust and camaraderie had developed between them and when the time was right
during multiple long interviews and exchanges of letters jaramillo revealed how he'd originally come to know the
location of the metal library like father crosby jaramillo's uncle was
a true friend of the schwarz and for much of his life had offered them assistance
one day the shore elders led him to the cave and guided him to their greatest treasure
that which they'd guarded for countless generations they showed him their secret as a
profound thank you the greatest gesture of trust one could receive however
this treasure did more than elicit appreciation from jaramillo's uncle this treasure absolutely dumbfounded him
he had never seen anything like it in his wildest dreams it was truly a sight to behold
now the uncle was a humble man and had no intention of stealing the treasure
but he couldn't just let it rest he could barely close his eyes without seeing it it was unbelievable
he had to show the treasure to someone just to prove to himself that it was real
so he chose his favorite nephew petronio jaramillo and in 1946 when jaramillo was
just 17 he took him into the cave and led him to the secret room and showed
him the impossible treasures of inner earth this was 18 years before morris
ever arrived in ecuador after this visit jaramillo would visit it only one more time
allegedly jaramillo did not take any photos simply because he thought no one would believe him it was a teenager
after all however he claimed to have imprinted his initials into the malleable gold of seven of the metal
plates to leave evidence of his presence in the metal library in a written testimony jaramillo recounted his
experience in the metal library quote first i looked inside a small chamber
and saw some golden toys and amongst these small balls of gold marbles of
different sizes climbing to a second chamber my astonishment increased there
were thousands of animal figures cattle and horses beetles sparrowhawks
mastodons reptiles crocodiles bullocks rams shrews ostriches hippopotami all on
pedestals made of brilliant stones of different colors though i could not tell
whether or not these were rubies emeralds diamonds or sapphires because i knew nothing about precious stones
there was a human skeleton with bones of gold lying on his back on a bed made of
crystal but a crystal purer than the purest water i did not know which to admire more the
crystal coffer or the skeleton moving to a third chamber figures half-human half animal as if all
the mythologies had united there were bodies with heads of hawks with horses feets with wings
birds with human arms and legs hyenas with faces of princesses of
parrots of insects spiders with faces of women
donkeys with faces of men they seem to come from the distant age of osiris thoth and anubis
then all of a sudden an overwhelming sight appeared before me unbelievable in my wildest imaginings
entire libraries full of heavy voluminous books i glanced through one
or two pages of opaque yellow metal they seemed to be written by a single person
in a near-perfect script there were known symbols crosses circles semi-circles squares triangles and stars
i saw what appeared to be mathematical formulae geometrical zodiacal ecliptic
and spatial figures in minute detail but in signs and letters of a language
unintelligible to me there were thousands of volumes lifting one was like moving a hundred
pounds of weight i put one onto a table of four legs covered in gold
then i lifted down seven books but could not replace them due to the effort required the bookshelves were covered in
beaten gold the furniture was the same all the supports of gold gold
gold and quote returning back to 1995 by this point
hall and jaramillo had conducted a solid plan for their expedition the one that would finally expose the treasure as
real the ultimate goal that hall had labored for for so so long
they planned on staying in short territory for three to four months exploring the correct cave this time and
writing a report that involved the united nations agency unesco in order to legitimatize their findings
however this was 1995 and a short but violent war broke out between ecuador
and peru known as the cenopa war and hall was forced to return to scotland
due to the dangerous political situation and there he stayed until 1998 when he
received a call from petronio jaramillo's elderly mother with disturbing news
jaramillo had been shot to death outside of his home in esmeralda's in what police called a robbery gone wrong
but to this day many believe it was a targeted assassination
after haramio's murder hall met with jaramillo's son multiple times and while
he further confirmed his father's story he couldn't add any more useful information on the location of the cave
though his chances of seeing the metal library had died with jaramillo and moritz stanley hall continued to promote
the story of the metal library beneath ecuador up until his own death in 2008
encouraging all interested parties to find this inner-earth treasure in cooperation
with preservation for the caves themselves and immense respect for the shore people
and only ever for the greater good of humanity today his daughter eileen hall munoz
carries on his legacy working in ecuador as the co-director of the tious project
a non-profit that collaborates with ngos environmentalists and local organizations toward a protected future
for the taos caves and they've done incredible work for both taos and the ecuadorian rainforest but
eileen doesn't shy away from revealing her frequent hobby of sustainable treasure-seeking
after 12 years of living in the area she still believes the metal library is somewhere beneath her feet
today juan morris's former lawyer gerardo matteos is still a vocal
proponent for his deceased client's discovery though he himself was a witness to the
treasure trove morris always obscured the path there so the location of the cave entrance is lost for mateos too
in a 2017 interview with anjocero magazine mateo stated that quote
i am sure that the cave of the higher beings with all their valuable treasures will be found sooner or later however to
rediscover the metal library depends on the mysterious inhabitants and guardians
of the underground world without their consent it would be impossible to find it and quote
so there you have it one day the truth and treasures of inner earth may be discovered
but only if the gods below allow it and perhaps that's for the best they are the
inhabitants after all and it's comforting to know that those who still seek the treasure today
do so without greed but with the utmost respect for the natural environment and the indigenous people
in fact where treasure hunting is eileen's hobby conservation of these fragile ecosystems
and native cultures is her everyday mission some things are far more valuable than
gold or even hidden truths but as for me and you our search for inner earth continues
i hope you enjoyed the incredible story of the metal library more ancient mysteries are on the way in if you're
new i've got a whole playlist of inner earth just for you just click the pop up above my head
but for now if you haven't seen inner earth conspiracies part 2 definitely watch that one next or if you're viewing in

enlightenment and wisdom

enlightenment and wisdom

time is a non linear progression,  a  cyclical infinite loop,  and you cant get from a to z without going through the rest as its a process of enlightenment, a journey of discovery, and you cant know the full truth unless you walk the whole path,,  for example you could cheat and get a taxi to the  final destination (the answer and truth) but you wouldn't know how to get there again by yourself,  as you didn't learn the route,,    in short   "Life"  you've got to put the effort in to get something out of it #Fact

OUT of this WORLD Ancient Mysteries DVD Boxset 3hrs, Archaeologists ARE immediately AWE-INSPIRED

At last count, the world contained about 7.4 billion people. That's quite a lot already, and it's impossible to say exactly how many have lived before us. With so many people in total, it's no wonder that countless stories have been left untold, objects left buried, and mysteries left unsolved. As much as we know about the world, and as many mysteries as we've already solved, there is still so much more we can't fully comprehend - and perhaps never will - about the distant past. Symbols. Scrolls. Artefacts. Sometimes it's hard to fathom exactly what else could be out there, or even in our own backyards. Some believe there is ancient technology yet to be discovered, or even entire civilizations left to be found. And sometimes, ancient artefacts can change how we view our history. Let's take a look at some of what our ancestors have left behind.
