heres one for you to watch, ignore the bs drivel of an explanation, this is compleatly man made, thats why, there is so much lightening, it's from charged ions in the air, if you look to the up left, of the hurricane, you will see a lot of lightening, and no storm clouds, nowhere near enough for that amount of lightening, you see they crated a lightening storm, minus the usual clouds and rain, and the rest of the natural ingredients, to create a low pressure ionised atmosphere, they totally seeded the hurricane, and gave it the perfect conditions, and the right amount of energy, in the atmosphere, the rm-25 and those charged particle canisters that NASA launched, just over a month ago, so they said to learn about the ionosphere, and the rest of the usual bs, was a total lie, it's actually its how the get all the ingredients, into the atmosphere and harrp is how they activate it, ;)
