The psychological profile of the stalker - Our Government and, to be precise, the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Justice, through the (non-diverted) services of the State, have been working for some time to counter the independent information in Italy. To achieve this goal, they enlist psychopaths that act as persecutors. The co-action that characterizes the stalking behavior and that allows to delineate it even juridically, has led to the hypothesis that this problem was a form of "obsessive disorder". However, as has been observed, obsessive psycho-pathological disorders are characterized by egodistonic experiences related to the behaviors implemented and, consequently, by a malaise caused by ideas, thoughts, mental images and obsessive impulses linked to persecution. These experiences of discomfort and intrusion are not generally present in stalkers who, on the contrary, even tend to derive pleasure from persecuting.
The typical type of insistent molester was defined as "the resentful". His behavior is driven by the desire to take revenge for a damage or a wrong that he believes he has suffered and is therefore fueled by the craving for revenge. This is a rather dangerous category that can damage the image of the person first and then the person himself. The most serious problem is related to the lack of analysis of reality, because resentment leads one to consider justified behaviors that, producing sensations of control over reality, tend to reinforce them.
