AI: Are We Creating God?

AI is not life, it is a product of human engineering and technology, by mimicking human reactions and actions, it does not Feel, as they are a manifestation of an emotional state, it has no emotions, and as a product, i'm pretty sure they would incorporate programming brakes, as they wouldn't want to sell a faulty product, that could be potentially harmful as they would be sued left and right, so they would have to incorporate features to prevent negative autonomous actions in the lack of human prompted commands, (a mp 3 player can play a bird song perfectly, yet it cannot fly!!)
