these are classic examples of smart people doing dumb things, or even worse deliberate fuckery under the guise of a "slim possibility" of making a difference to global environmental levels of destruction, and i can't stress enough, notice how they use the word "could" and "minght" a lot. not that it "will make a difference" and "can change" the pollution levels, besides they have been heating up the environment with their heavy industries and toxic weapons programs on purpose, so they can say look we have this that can fix it, (justifying the immense amount of funding they have had, by creating a problem with a relevantly cheap but toxic fix, but even with the cloud seeding and weather manipulation programs, unless we stop creating pollutants and destroying the environment, it will not be fixed, it will merely have bought us a couple more decades, and then were toast, they are spraying the planet to maximum levels to speed up this process, i can give you the free energy production means necessary to free us all from fossil fuels, and destructive means of generating power, i could have us all living off the grid in under a century, and at a fraction of the cost that they quote, and i am being quite serious, it's time to change!, ;) #peace
