Resonant Frequency: 136.1 Hz Note: C#3 (432 Hz tuning) Wavelength: 2.2027e+15 nm Energy: 5.6286e-13 eV Colour: Turquoise (blue-green) or light Green Colour Wavelength: ≈ 500 nanometers 136.1 Hz has been reported to promote physical, emotional and spiritual healing. It is reported to have a soothing effect and may relieve stress, regain peace of mind and promote balance of emotions. It has a mild sedative effect which may be helpful for relieving stress, muscle spasms and some habitual headaches. It is especially useful when your energy is low, you feel a lack of connection, inability to focus and concentrate or feel need to ground. In 1978 Hans Cousto, a Swiss mathematician and musicologist discovered the natural law of the COSMIC OCTAVE as the link between different kinds of periodically occurring natural phenomena, such as the orbit of the planets, the weather, colours, rhythms and tones.[1] The sacred syllable "OM" is tuned to this tone like a large majority of all religious temple music. The frequency of the year, C# with 136.10 Hz is the 32nd octave of the earth year. The corresponding colour is a turquoise. The base of this tone is the rotation of the earth around the sun. This is associated with the changing of the seasons spring, summer, fall and winter on the earth.[2] The frequency of the year is reported to be great for everyday stress relief, to help relax, to soothe, regain inner peace, open blocked energy pathways, restore balance, for treating muscle spasms, relief for habitual headaches, nervousness, restlessness, and more.[2] Frequencies from 20 Hz - 20000 Hz fall under the "acoustic" range. This is the typical range of human hearing. Theta waves are faster than Delta waves, and range between 3 - 8 Hz. We experience these waves when sleeping or during deep meditation. These waves are the "twilight" state normally experienced between waking and falling asleep. They are beneficial for meditation, learning, memory, sub-conscious organisation, intuitive thinking and trance states. It induces a feeling of a "dream like" state.[3]
