on fb  

if you see your country and city and you know how many videos you have interacted with yet see a lower number then you can roughly gauge the amount of views FB has quietly removed on average

so to work out the true amount you want to take the amount of fb views showing and the amount of interactions you know you had and express it as a fraction,

so if you watched 20 and it shows 5 that's 1/4 so times that number that you know you interacted 20 and times by the number in this case 20 *4 and you would get 80 views, but ive often found its usually a factor of seven they reduce them by but i stopped checking fb for reliable information ages ago as they have shown time and time again that they cannot be trusted
