Spraying operations and limited nuclear conflicts are deeply connected. We can identify the beginnings of the "cover operation" in the perverse mind of Dr. Strangelove Edward Teller, father of the hydrogen bomb, who advised using nuclear weapons in inhabited regions for economic purposes. Before his death in 2003, Teller was director emeritus (sic) of the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, where plans for biological and direct energy nuclear weapons were developed. In 1997 Teller publicly stated his intention to use aviation to spread millions of tons of electrically conductive metals into the stratosphere, officially to reduce global warming.
Teller believed that commercial aviation could be used to spread these particles at a cost of 33 cents per liter (a 1991 Hughs patent confirms that particulate matter can be spread through jet engines). This gives credibility to a report by an executive of an airline company, forced by the obligation of silence to remain anonymous, according to which the commercial aviation cooperated and still cooperates with the military in the project coverage
"An Airline Manager's Statement", posted by C.E. Carnicom on behalf of the author, 22-05-00. Quote: "The few employees of the airline who knew about the Cloverleaf Project were all subjected to checks on their past, and before being informed they made us sign non-disclosure agreements that basically stated that if we had told anyone how much we knew we would be jailed ... They told us that the government would pay our company, along with others, to release special chemical agents from commercial aircraft ... When we asked them why they did not limit themselves to military aircraft to release these chemical agents , declared that there were not enough military aircraft available to release chemical agents on such a large base as it should have been done ... Then someone asked why all this secrecy. The government representatives later declared that if the public had known of flying planes that were releasing chemicals into the air, environmental groups would have unleashed hell and demanded the end of spraying. :) #peace
