My V2 book now includes plans for the Artifact lifter I designed. It is designed with over-unity, so it is run by time, which is electron neutrino pressure as I predictively proved, vindicated, verified by the 270m $ ICE CUBE project in the arctic. Theory is not longer theory there, it's fact, because it was predictively proven on more than one front. I am the only source on earth for a working mathematical unification formula.
The Artifact coil array is started by outside source, which is unplugged, then allowing the machine to run on it's own like a tiny galaxy or large atom. A higher number of poles outside means the positive pole which is in bias to positive ion charge, means pos charge moves out letting neg in passing vertically through from bottom to top using this stacking angle for wave compression. Very simple.
Zero point energy is something I first learned of reading a paper by Tom Bearden who described it as; Pump z waves in sync yet out of phase with proceeding waves imploding through a nonlinear medium combine to form a sum of wave peaks. Later I realized the carrier wave need not always be a force pump z wave or on / off relay, but it will naturally become a pump z wave if the carried waves have combined anyway after focus in metal. Very simple. This secret was discovered by Nikola Tesla and used for the anti-radar test on the U.S.S. Hammond, otherwise known as the Philadelphia Experiment.
