Hugh Newman visits two megalithic sites in ancient Menorca, on the Balearic Islands. The Rafal Rubi tombs date back to the Bronze Age and the Taliotic site of So na Caçana was in use right up until 500 AD. There are stories of the Goddess Tanit, giants eating from 'tables' (Taula T-shaped pillars like those at Gobekli Tepe) and they are remarkably similar to sites in Sardinia.
