This is the developed world scam system hiding behind private companies. Your village council is also a private company, equivalent to the third world Chief of Village:

As I (and my brothers) had companies in Laos, the Chief of the Village where our company was located, came to knock on our office door to collect "taxes" for themselves under the pretext to work for Central government (also a private company). And we can even negotiate with them. And they only accept cash!

Therefore, the government is an industry, a Private Company.
As they are private, they do not have any right to make any law, to use you as collateral for bank loans, to privatize public companies, to close the country businesses, schools, roads as they don't own it (by following the advice from a foreign private body such as the WHO), to prevent you from work, and your Human Right to live.
Not only that, on 3rd October 1213, King John ratified the surrender of his Kingdoms to Pope Innocent III as the victor of Christ who claimed ownership of every CONSENTED PERSON and everything on earth as tradition. The contract of 1213 has never been repealed.
In the Treaty of 1213, the British lands of Ireland and England were pledged to the Pope and only two people were able to dissolve the treaty. Those two were the Pope and the British monarch. Therefore the monarch only remains on the throne of their rented land at the consent of the Pope.
