He explains that the government are hiding something and the truth is hidden from the public. As well a few months before he got assassinated, he signed an executive order 11110, meaning that The order allowed the Secretary to issue silver certificates, if any were needed, during the transition period under President Kennedy's plan to eliminate Silver Certificates and use Federal Reserve Notes. Months later he is killed... coincidence??
