Adam’s Bridge, also known as Ram Setu, is an ancient bridge across the ocean that once connected India to Sri Lanka. Both Islam and Hinduism portray their own narrative as to the man-made origins of the bridge, an engineering marvel over 3500 years old… or perhaps much older. In this episode of Truth or Lore, we’ll take a particularly close look at the connections of Adam's Bridge to Adam’s Peak in Sri Lanka as well as the ancient Indian Vedic epic Ramayana. Finally, we will explore recent scientific findings and explain how they strongly suggest that Ram Setu, Adam's Bridge, was not only man-made, but the same mythical structure mentioned in the religious narratives.
